My computer was having problems, and I couldn't leave home. Someone drove all the way to where I lived and repaired my computer in a single visit. I was so relieved since I really depended on my computer. The 2nd time was last year when a different computer (a very heavy 27" iMac) needed to go into the shop for repair. There's no way I could have carried the computer, so someone from Computer Solutions came and picked up the iMac and took it to the shop for repair and afterwards returned it. Again, such a relief! The 3rd time was last week. My computer had crashed, and not only was I facing the loss of my computer but, more importantly 10 years of precious data. I had conferred with Apple tech by phone, and they were unable to do anything. I brought my machine to Computer Solutions, and in a very short time they were able to repair my computer and thus preserve all of my data. It felt like a miracle, and I was thrilled. My special thanks to Michael who was so knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. The cost of the repair was much less than I had anticipated and, best of all, my computer was up and running. What a great experience!

They replaced it with a larger SSD and it's back performing the way it did when I bought it. (Charged as soon as we were out on the schedule despite the website claiming they don't til the job is done) This whole exchange felt like that sleazy car repair bait and switch scenario. Avoid this place. Something is definitely a bit sleazy here. New update: they sign you up for a monthly service fee without your knowledge or consent. Avoid this company at all costs. I did everything I knew to do (reboot router, modem, computer, on- board diagnostics, etc.) all to no avail. Saw CPB listed on yelp and gave them a call. After describing the problem to Becky, she suggested I bring it in for diagnostics. Got a call the next day from Eytan who said that probably due to a firmware update on the internal Wi-Fi adapter, it was no longer compatible to my wireless router. He disabled the adapter and inserted a USB wi-fi adapter and voila! Back in business. Quick and reasonable. These folks are knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and friendly. What else do you need?

He also on program to work on it remotely. That came in handy when my next virus came along. He fixed it over the phone through my wifi and all was well. His interpersonal skills are not the best. He's a computer guy. Just don't expect the best conversation when you tell him about your problems with your computer. LOL But if you want your computer fixed he will do the job better than anyone He is an great value & not looking to sell you more software.
