My laptop decided to completely stop working after 5 years. I searched for a person who could look it over & hopefully fix it. In researching I came across Power Up Computers. After reading all the stunning reviews I decided to use Power Up Computers. I just walked in the store Tuesday evening after work. I will say the store is extremely packed with electronics. It was very hard to walk through the small path to get to the owner Leo's desk. Once there Leo could not have been more nice. He said he would check out my laptop & get back with me as soon as possible. Thursday afternoon he called to let me know that my laptop was non fixable. He offered to sell me a laptop that was a far better quality laptop than I had had. I had already priced brand new ones very similar to my old one. The price for the laptop he offered was lower than all the brand news I had looked at plus he would transfer everything from my old laptop to the one he had. Leo sent me pictures of the laptop & told me all the upgrades I would have with the laptop he was offering so I could decide. He wasn't pushy about it. On Friday I decided to purchase the laptop he offered. I couldn't make it in to his shop until after work Friday. After I said I would purchases his laptop, Leo said he would transfer everything to the new laptop & it would be ready to go when I came in Friday evening. After I got to his shop, he spent time going over everything & some tricks to help me with my new laptop. Leo is extremely knowledgeable about computers. A very honest & trustworthy man. I took my new laptop home & was able to get right on & start using it. It has a lot more than my old laptop plus it is windows 11 where my old one was still windows 10. He said I had a 90 warranty & that I could call him anytime if I needed help with anything. I am very happy & impressed with my whole experience with Leo & Power Up Computers! This computer repair place is the BEST! It's clear the owner lives for, and loves his work. Dropped off my sluggish Dell Inspiron 5875, thinking it needed a new Power Supply Unit. He found it it was just loaded with e-junk, after three years of ownership. Leo had the deskstop back to me in less than four hours, and now this thing is screaming! The place is pretty cluttered in an "Einstein" sort of way. That's cause he's a genius! Love this guy, and he loves (and stands behind) his work! read more

Fantastic! After a trip to a large computer store where I purchased my computer from told me I had a bad hard drive and the estimate for fixing it was nearly the original cost. There was pressure from sales to buy a new computer. Ugh. My sister recommended Leo's shop where I worked with both Leo and Cody. My computer now has a new hard drive, all back up and Windows reinstalled. They even placed a once a week maintenance program on it and also provided a great virus protection program. All was complete in a couple of days for a 1/3 of the big store price. I highly recommend this shop. I have already told many about Leo's shop. Very effective, efficient and courteous. read more

Very courteous , quick turn around time and very fair pricing. I have taken my lap top to them on two occasions and had great service. I was referred to them by a friend of mine after another local shop couldn't fix my computer. I picked up my computer from the other shop and took it to Power Up. They actually repaired it for less than the other shop charged me to pick up my broken computer from them . I will always go back to Power Up. read more
