Jim and his technician helped me very promptly and gave me an honest assessment of the value of my laptop and gave me a fair offer for it, which I gladly accepted. I'm so happy that he was able to get the laptop off of my hands and give it a new life for someone else to enjoy. While I was at his shop, I also saw him patiently help troubleshoot another customer's laptop that had an issue with the mailing server and another client who had a question over the phone. Jim was very professional and knowledgable in his interactions with everyone and I highly recommend him to everyone. TLDR: 10/10 would come again, highly recommend to anyone who needs help with his/her computer and/or wants to buy a computer.
