My computer was having problems, and I couldn't leave home. Someone drove all the way to where I lived and repaired my computer in a single visit. I was so relieved since I really depended on my computer. The 2nd time was last year when a different computer (a very heavy 27" iMac) needed to go into the shop for repair. There's no way I could have carried the computer, so someone from Computer Solutions came and picked up the iMac and took it to the shop for repair and afterwards returned it. Again, such a relief! The 3rd time was last week. My computer had crashed, and not only was I facing the loss of my computer but, more importantly 10 years of precious data. I had conferred with Apple tech by phone, and they were unable to do anything.
