Matt quickly gave me a quote and was able to squeeze me in a few days later (on a Saturday afternoon mind you!) I even followed his suggestions for the other stain and it came out! I have dealt with other carpet care companies before but I have never had this amount of satisfaction than with 3B's Carpet Care. Matt clearly really cares about his customers, their homes, and his craft. It really shows! I'll be going to 3B's Carpet Care for all future needs! Thank you again!
