We needed a tow for our 4WD truck from Clatskanie, Oregon to Brightwood, Oregon...approximately 95 miles. It was an extremely hot day but we were able to wait in a nearby park--in the shade! Like an idiot, I locked my keys in my truck. Luckily I did so in the parking lot of my office, and not somewhere even less convenient. I contacted roadside service through my insurance company, and they assigned Advanced Auto Transport to the lock-out call. I was told it could be 3 hours before anyone arrived, but "Mike" with AAT called me within 30 minutes to say he'd be there within another hour 10 minutes - and he was. This tow Service is horrible Larry was a total Dick, he's the tow. Truck driver he immediately showed up, started getting mouthy. And raising his voice to us. Demanding our ID For the AAA Tow. He acted as if he didn't even want to get up and out to make the toe like tuna fish was waiting in bed. And he didn't want to be bothered. And yes, my Typing sucks on here because they're sucky app. As well, it won't let you go back And fix your fuck ups. Just like their tow Service. Long story short? I told him to get the fuck Out of here and I don't need his tow And I Most certainly didn't need his attitude at 11 PM. At night. Needless to say the next day I called AAA Again, and they gave me the same toe. Service after I told them I don't want them and to send me a different one. So the Manager call back and said aren't you? The truck we towed last night or tried to I said yes, I sent your tow truck driver on his way. He was very rude. Then he immediately started sticking up for his tow truck driver. And said I was the problem. I said if I was the problem, why would I be pissed off At his driver short story, he kept sticking up 4 his tow. Truck driver don't use this company. They suck. Go with a different one if they don't believe the customers and they'd only believe they're tow truck drivers. You never gonna get a tow truck service to come pick your car up. read more

Driver was dispatched from my insurance roadside assistance request. He called me within minutes to verify my location and the assistance needed, as well as giving me an estimated time of arrival. He arrived and jumpstarted my diesel F250 thinking maybe one of my batteries wasn't getting a very good connection but turned into to being something more. He was able to help me troubleshoot a bit and get myself home to address the issues. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Advanced Auto Transport was the company dispatched to me by AAA, when our van broke down on the freeway on the way home to Portland. I was able to leave my key in the locked car so I didn't have to wait, and the driver, Mike, texted so I could meet him at our mechanic later that night. I had a large tool box in the van that I didn't want to leave overnight, and Mike asked how I was getting it into my truck. I told him I had a ramp to roll it out, but he had me pull my truck up to his tow truck so he could use the tow truck to roll the tool chest out of the van, right into the bed of my truck! So I would like too give 4 stars to Mike W. Tonight on 12-18-2020 around 8pm my boyfriend called for a lockout and Mike showed up and was in and out of my boyfriends truck really fast. But when he showed up he was on the phone with some guy. And me being the 6 feet apart I could hear this guy yelling and degrading and pretty much belittling Mike while he was trying to do his job. Mike really couldn't even answer or get a word in without this guy talking over Mike. I'm not sure who he was but just from the sounds of it it sounded like he could have been Mike's boss. I just want too stat that Mike was there did his job and did it fast, but for someone to talk too someone like that especially when they are doing their job and they have customer's around really ain't too professional. But all in all I would and will call and ask for Mike W anytime we need anymore lockouts or even tows. So again a huge thank you too Mike W. read more
