They've been in business for years, and it shows--not just in their experience, but in how they treat people. I brought my car in expecting a major repair, and instead of upselling me, they walked me through what actually needed to be done and what didn't. That kind of honesty is hard to come by. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never pressured me, and made sure I understood my options. In a time where it feels like everything is about squeezing out more money, this shop stands out for doing the opposite--being fair, transparent, and genuinely looking out for their customers. If you want a mechanic you can trust long-term, not just for one visit, this is the place. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Your the owner but you are going to pass the buck to this Jo Tinker huh? The "fact-based information in which you do have available"? You can't even pull up the information of a 5,000 quote? Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by a fellow Texan, which was a great way to start the visit. Although several customers were in the queue, the team did an impressive job of moving vehicles in and out of the service bays efficiently. The entire process took approximately 1.5 hours, and I received regular updates from the technicians throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the communication and transparency. I was fortunate enough to sit by a window and observe the installation process firsthand. The technicians worked efficiently and took great care with my vehicle, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. My overall experience was very positive, and I would absolutely consider returning to Discount Tire for future service. The only thing I would do differently next time is schedule an earlier appointment. My 4:30 PM appointment coincided with customers picking up vehicles serviced earlier in the day and others arriving after work. This was not a reflection of poor service; in fact, the team did an excellent job managing the workload and keeping things moving despite the busy schedule. Overall, I was very impressed with the team's professionalism, communication, and care for my vehicle. They made my first experience with Discount Tire a great one.

The customer service was lack luster at best and I was told the wait would be over an hour. My keys were not taken and no one inquired about my wheel lock. Upon observation, there were other customers in the waiting area that were complaining about the wait time. Due to another scheduled appointment, I left before I could receive service. Round 2-Came back the next day with another vehicle holding for a better experience. Nope! Waited one hour and 5 minutes before the vehicle was taken back for a tire rotation with a scheduled appointment. No one mentioned a wait time or checked in with us during the 65 minutes before the vehicle was taken back. The wait for the tire rotation itself was 45 minutes. Making the total time about two hours. I'm not expecting NASCAR times for a tire rotation, but at least a timely service is appreciated. Also, other customers were complaining about their wait times and some even walked out. The customer service and wait times are a problem at this location. I've never had to wait this long or dealt with the lack ok engagement by the staff here or at any other Discount TI would understand the environment a little more, if the staff communicated with their customers. In the future, my appointments will be made at another location.
