Second time getting new batteries here. First was for my MDX and then for my AUDI A3. Always good place for service in my experience. Lauren, one of the associates there really went above and beyond. I called if they have my vehicle's battery. She confirmed and insisted it still needs to be measured. I slowed up 15 minutes later, left my car running and Lauren assisted me with full professionalism and kindness. Thank you!!! The best part is that they will replace these things for you, because I have no idea how to do it. I had a red warning in my brand new car . It said it was heating up. I worried call the dealer and was told this car bUrns oil plenty. Its a big turbo and normal if i use the car for work. He said to go to auto parts sale. I went and added oil. The gentleman at the counter helped me and even lent me a funnel. He was helpful and attentive. And also another man helped me find the oil. After driving all the way over here from Broward county I arrive at this location at 8:15pm only to see a little white sign on the door that says 'we're closed. We're sorry for the inconvenience". I had a wonderful experience here at this location off of Biscayne Blvd. I've been here before and it's always been a pleasure. They staff are very friendly and knowledgable. The store is always clean. My first trip was for a battery. Not only did they have what I needed but the gentleman was also able to swap it out for me right there on the spot! No appointment necessary. This time I went in for some replacement headlight bulbs. I knew what model I needed but was lost as soon as I walked in. After a happy greeting, the gentleman who helped me today led me right to the section I needed to be in and explained the differences between all the different styles and types. I made my selection with ease and decided to buy something else since they were so helpful. I appreciate the fact that they don't try and take advantage of someone who may not know a lot about cars. Even though I live in Broward I choose to visit this location because of the customer service. read more

Bad service. Staff avoid at all time any contact with costumer so they don't have to answer any questions. When I finally got to talk to someone they told to wipers will fit my car (Mercedes benz) because the attachments are different than any other brand... OMG! I just had the best experience at Advance. The best in my life at any parts store. I went in for a battery change. No biggie, you're thinking. But, come to find out my battery was so corroded, it took almost an hour to get the damned thing off. My guess is that Steve really likes a challenge, because he went WAY above and beyond, by helping my change my battery out!! Thank you so much for the help Steve! You deserve major props!! read more

I wish I could give this store a lower score. The employee by the name of RJ she is the most racist, ignorant , and most disrespectful employee I have ever come across in all my times shopping at any advance store EVER. This girl is more concerned with flirting with men and eating cheesecake than she is is with doing her job. She will only be nice to you if you are Caucasian, or speak Spanish. This girl wanted so bad to not get a part for me she even told me to go to AUTOZONE. Wtf??!! Seriously First I walked in n she had me waiting over 15 min( I timed it) BG even acknowledging me. She didn't say hi she said " what the car?" So I ordered my part it was higher at this location than the one I went to b she couldn't pull up my mechanic information so I told her I will purchase these parts from the other place but pick them up here ( since they have it there ) I go over to the other location off 95th purchase the item the guy named noble ( bless him) calls her to tell her they will pick up with u. This bitch sends the parts over to noble n by the time I went through traffic the parts were gone n they had no more in stock to pull. I was livid n told her how unprofessional she is she starts speaking in Spanish to the STORE MANAGER MILE. Right in front of me. Amazing service. Called ahead and they set the battery I needed aside so it was ready when I got there. Nkosi ran diagnostics and installed the new battery in minutes. Plus they were open until 8 on a Sunday so I didn't have to waste time on a work day. Will happily patronize this branch again. read more

Please tell me why this store has 3 Stars?? Did the employees write them themselves. I observed the worst rude and unprofessionalism behavior coming from this store. I walk in, the cashier didn't look up, I walked over to say hello, she looked up at me as if she was about to ask me, (What). I then stood there looking around for assistance while she pushes a cart pass me. Then a male cashier walks up as if he couldn't figure out why I was in the store. I proceeded to explain to him what I looking for, he looks it up, go to back of store and comes back and rings up the item as if I'd agreed to purchase it. At this point, I asked him why was he the other employees looking and acting so unprofessional. He looks at me and said, "the rain". I said, because it was raining doesn't mean that they should be rude! He just said, "really". I later asked for the manager, Jean, regarding what had just happened prior to my arrival. He acted as if it was the norm for this store and he could care less. He proceeded to give me the General Manager info as I requested with an "Oh Well" attitude. If I could give a negative score I would. The people there are some of the most ignorant unhelpful people I have ever encountered. I do not understand how anyone with their mannerisms can get a job in a place where they are required to interact with humans. On just one visit all of these things happened.. 1. As soon as I walked in a woman looked at me in disgust for some reason. This same woman later walked right by me while I stood in line and instead of offering to help, she looked and spit a hocker into the trash can next to me. 2. I asked a worker for help finding the gas struts.. he asked me for what car.. I replied it's not for a car it's for a toolbox. He then refused to help me and it seemed like he got offended. Then I said just point me to where they are and I'll do your job for you. Then He changed his attitude briefly and led me to the back and said. You see all those.. go and look for it. 3. I asked another person for a coolant filter. He looked at me like I was stupid and said there's no such thing, only for oil. I then gave him a part number and he said oohhh you mean those! I said yup a coolant filter. He said you could go online and order them we don't have them. Instead of ordering one to the store. I proceeded to walk out go to carquest and get one in about 2 minutes. This place has the worst customer service and genuinely stupid people. Stay away! read more
