The first time I went, they skipped my number by 1 because I was holding the door, and when I went up to her politely to let her know if I could get a turn, she shrugged me off and sent me away. After waiting 1 hour, I didn't say anything and left. I told her thank you and that I would be back. Even the customer that had the number told me I could go , but I was polite and let everything go. Today I went back, and from the first time I saw her and went up to the counter when called, she didn't say hello or anything. She was on her Apple earphones speaking to someone, and you could tell she was agitated. I understand Spanish perfectly as well and speak it, so I know she was agitated and at the same time attending me. Well , she started off her conversation with "Fill everything out; don't make a mistake." The problem wasn't that I made a mistake on the paper; it's how she treated me. It's so sad because I'm always supporting these types of people and hate the people Who complain and leave reviews, but honestly, she made it such a horrible experience. I hope you also take into consideration not being on your personal calls while working and attending a customer. Also, practice some manners and communication. When I told her something, she barked back by telling me I was upset because I didn't get what I wanted. She sounded so ridiculous. Again, all the other ladies are wonderful , and I've been there many times before and enjoyed their service-- definitely not this time.

There were 2 ladies at the reception desk who were less than friendly. We had been to a couple other places before for an estimate and they were super friendly in comparison (Treads near Dadeland and Perez Auto on Bird Road). After waiting one hour (they had told us no more than 30 minutes) I saw the car parked so I asked one of the ladies the status. She said, very huffily, we are trying to contact bmw for the parts price. This without telling us what the issue was. Well, in the end the cost was close to 1200 for non bmw parts. The other place (Perez) quoted us $800. And they took less than 15 minutes for a free estimate. These people wanted $45 for the estimate but they didn't tell us that before. Of course we didn't pay. And we took the car to Perez. You really do have to get at least 3 estimates. The first two never charged us and took less than 15 minutes. I do not think I will go to Miller Auto Care in the future.
