    I came here many years ago when I was deciding on a new car but luckily I never went with Ford (I miss the Lexus I got up to this day...) anyway glad I didn't because I came to pick up my friend that had to bring in the car for service and even his car is under warranty they charge $200 just for diagnosing an issue, $200 per issue! That's insane

    I took this dealersgip to small claims court. I won and they have not even attempted to pay me what the Court ordered. I will go back to court again to collect the money they owe me for taking my own car as a downpayment, gave me a car making me believe A BANK had me approved for a loan, which the bank never did, and Metro Ford repossed the car they gave me. They also sold my car and left me without a car to work with, an thousands of dollars of car rentals fees.

    What a horrible experience we had at this dealership. They advised a mustang for 53,000 and then when we get there they say they want 59,000. Robert and Julio told my son 50,500. We get there and they act like they never even had the conversation. At that point they wanted 50,500 plus a trade in we had worth 11000. Robert didn't even know the specifics of Ford cars. Julio promised to call back with a final price and never even called back. We wasted 2 days and made us beyond disappointed. Never returning to this dealer. Went and found the same car in black for 49,000 which we are now purchasing. How sad we had to Go through such a bad experience.

    Sheldon was the perfect salesman (and ive bought and sold many cars). So patient and kind. Him and his buddy Julio are rockstars. If i could give 6 stars, i would ! Everyone at Metro went above and beyond, even sent me home with some vegan cookies haha

    Bad service would not recommend go somewhere else if you have the option. They even mixed up cars when I picked mine up

    For starters allow me to say that yes this is the worst dealer I've came across in South Florida…read more I'm a use car sales men from over seas who comes to Florida every month to purchase cars to be shipped over seas. On April 12, 2014 I purchase a vehicle for export which means you pay just the asking price for the vehicle, no sales tax, tags etc. When I purchase the vehicle that day I was told that the following week I would get my title since I purchase the car on the weekend. Well that's was where the nightmare began. The week they said my title would be ready, It wasn't! I was told that the lady Judie who works on getting the titles for the dealer was out sick. So I was told to wait another week and I did. The following week I call back because at that time I was already back in my home town over seas and I was told another story that Judie was out on vacation now so i have to wait another two weeks to get my title and I did.at the fourth week after buying my vehicle CASH at the use car dealer. I call back and was told they still didn't have my title. At this point I became Frustrated and Upset. I asked the secretary who answers the phones at the dealer, when would they have my title ready so I can ship my vehicle. She told me as soon as Judie this lady gets back in. Keep in mind that all along the car sat in the dealers lot. Personally I feel that if what they was telling me was true, why would a used car dealer like them only have one person to get titles and or tags for vehicles they sell and no one else can do that and if she not there there operation gets put on a halt. I found that strange but it only gets better. On May 7, 2014 almost a month after I paid for this car, I called back the dealer and was told that they have my title and the car can be picked up to head to the port for shipping. Hooray GREAT! So I call my driver and arrange for him to pick up the vehicle. He got there the very next day and sat at the dealer for two hours waiting for them to gave him the car. When he called me and told me, I called the dealer. They told me they need to see the documents from the shipping company, Proof that I'm shipping the car. I said ok. I told my driver don't wast anymore of your day and he left. On May 15, 2014. I sent back my driver with the valid paper work they were requesting. He got there they delivered the car to him and guess what, NO TITLE. My driver drove all the way to the port in Rivera Beach to find out they didn't provide him with the tile in the paper work they gave him. He called me I call them, ANOTHER "BS" STORY they gave me. "Oh we gave the driver the title." He checked his paper work, no title! The driver told me he'll store my vehicle but at a cost in which at this point I had no choice. Next day call them back, GUESS WHAT! THEY DON'T AND NEVER HAD THE TITLE FOR MY CAR, and lied to me just the day before. At that point I gave up. There's nothing else further I would've done over the phone with those Fools Lying to me and giving me a round around after I paid my money. May 28, 2014 I paid for a trip back to check on this title issue with this dealer. Got there and they didn't have my title and told me to come back the Monday June 2, 2014. I got REALLY FRUSTRATED and started to to ask them questions and they got loud with me I got loud with them. The manager this BIG MUSCLE PUNK came up in my face and when I said I was going to call the police. He grabbed my phone and I pushed him away from me. I called the police and of course they could do much. They said its a civil issue and I'll have to to take them to court. To date I have this car sitting in a tow yard, cant drive it, cant ship it, cant do shit with it because I have no proof that the car belongs to me other that a bill of sale and a receipt. Take my Foolish Advice and never do business with them ever. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU SOUTH FLORIDA.

    Do not buy your car with Auto world enterprises... they sell wrecked up, old, beat up cars that…read morelooks great on the outside but under the hood the engine is no good at all. I tested drove the vehicle and everything worked fine other than the battery was no good and they supposedly changed it. a few days after buying the vehicle we returned the vehicle because I started to notice the car had some issues and we definitely did not have any extra money to spend fixing on the car. all we wanted was to change for another and they refused to help even before the 30 days was up. of course the "manager" of sales will tell you they have the best prices in town... YEAH OKAY! you end up spending more money fixing the hunk of junk before even paying off that high interest... save your money and go to a real dealership to avoid the hassle I go through.
