I had my 2025 Honda HR-V Sport and my 2024 Honda Civic Sport serviced at this dealership for the…read morefirst time because it was the closest Honda dealership to where I live. I was expecting the dealership to do a good service since they carry both the Autonation and Honda name. I didnt notice anything wrong with the service that they performed on my vehicles the day of the service, they reset the service required message on the dashboard, they suggested the required services, and the service advisor even gave me a discount on the additional recommended services for my Honda HR-V and found that I still had a free service for the Honda Civic. I did find it strange though that when the services were done the service advisor gave me the service forms for the Honda HR-V that I paid for but didnt give me any service forms for the Honda Civic (which was free), when I asked him about the forms for the Honda Civic he said that they would be sent to my email (they were never sent to my email). Two weeks later my mom was driving around in the Honda Civic and the metal splash guard from the Honda Civic falls off while shes driving home from the bank and she has the scare of her life when it starts to make a rattling sound scraping the road along the drive home. It looks like whoever performed the service on the two vehicles never properly tightened the bolts back on the splash guard after they performed the oil change on the Honda Civic and part of the splash guard came loose while driving. I tried to call the dealership to ask them what we could do about the situation but the phone number for the dealership just goes to an automated system with different menu options and when you choose the menu option to speak to a service advisor the phone rings a few times and then just takes you in circles back to the main menu when nobody picks up the phone. I am very disappointed with Autonation Honda.

Just had a pleasant experience dealing with an unpleasant, but necessary auto R&M: TIRES…read more To strategize as well as economize, I recommend the Discount Tire / Tirerack.com duo. First, evaluate your wants/needs (i.e. comfort, tread longevity, wetness, snow, etc.) on-line for your vehicle then obtain pricing. Then, call other Tire retailers for comparative pricing too. Ultimately, call your nearest Discount Tire store for its "meet or beat" pricing and then arrange for their installation/balancing. Today was my third go-round with three different vehicles and each time has been a wonderful experience. Carlos Rodriquez, Mgr at this location earned these five-stars! I was cheerfully greeted and promptly serviced throughout. While waiting the wait area was immaculate and spacious. They also offer free water bottles, if desired. Greatfully, as of today (2025), expect to only pay $126 + tax for your mounting and balancing which also includes two (2) years of Tire protection at no charge. - mission accomplished.

That's exactly why I wanted to write this review. I came in without an appointment after reading the great reviews because my A/C had basically stopped working. They welcomed me right away, found the issue (a frozen pipe), and explained everything step by step so I could truly understand what was happening. The mechanic kept me updated the entire time to make sure everything was done properly, and even went out himself to get a new cabin filter that was really dirty. He was respectful, patient, and transparent through the whole process. I left feeling confident and grateful -- it's rare to find a place this honest and professional. Highly recommend!
