I can't say enough nice things about the staff at this location. It seems no matter what time or day I arrive, I'm treated like a valued customer. Im writing this review as I sit in my vehicle with my car being serviced. I don't typically leave reviews for businesses unless the service is absolutely terrible or amazing. This location's service is always the latter. Truly. Working in the service industry is tough, so I never miss an opportunity to praise superb customer service! I'd strongly recommend giving the good people at this location some sort of praise from the higher ups; though a deserved raise would be ideal, I imagine. I've had a Cadillac for 9 years and my FULL synthetic oil change has always been 80.00 flat no matter where I've went. I've been to this location before and never said anything because last time I went I was charged 80.00 for my oil change and then they applied a coupon which was cool. Excellent service!!! These guys were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They actually had me laughing so much! The offer free coffee and water. I have an older Tahoe that I haven't let go because of attachments we laughed because they automatically said it. My car is my baby! A HUGE THANK YOU TO SAMMY AND STERN. seriously. I came in because i had gotten a oil change with them 10 days prior and all my oil was gone..in 10 days. I drive an audi 2012 q7 and was very worried being its super abnormal. Stern took his time to go under my car and bring me with him aswell to explain to me what my issue was and then proceeded to fix it. He also changed my bulbs , put pressure in my tire , refilled my oil and let me know what I had to do to upkeep my car. All that at no cost. I am very grateful for their service. I had a wonderful experience at this location. I was greeted promptly and escorted into the waiting room. Parksen, the mechanic listened to my concerns with my car. When he checked the oil it turned out that I was not due for an oil change. He took the extra step and showed me my oil was clean as it gets. Then he topped off my fluids and added air to my tires before sending me on my way. I appreciated the mechanic's honesty as this is hard to come by in Miami. If they quote a price for service you better get it in writing. Was quoted $10 to clean battery terminals. On the bill they charged $19.99. When questioned it was done by orders of management who was too busy to discuss with customer. Guess what this is the first and last time. On a later inspection, I found that they had just sprayed the terminals but had not removed and cleaned. read more

THEIR MISTAKE COST ME HUNDREDS! I took my 2017 Nissan to this Jiffy Lube (At 20280 NW 2nd AV, North Miami) a couple of weeks ago (August 1st, 2019). I was there for about one hour while they worked on the car and inspected it from top to bottom. While I was there waiting, the woman behind the counter (Neisha Cesar) came in three separate times to offer me other maintenance items including to replace the air filter, the wipers, the cabin air filter, etc. I had to refuse because I couldn't afford any of their prices. For example, they were asking close to US$50.00 just to replace the air filter (I can get the same filter at any of the auto shops in the area for around US$15.00). Shortly after, they finished working on the car and sent me on my way. A couple of hot days later (We live in Miami), I noticed that the air conditioning system just wasn't working properly; it sounded the same as before and the air was cool but the air flow was barely noticeable. After a couple more blistering days, I couldn't take it any longer and I had to take off work for half a day to take the car to the local Nissan Service Center (without an appointment) to get the air conditioning checked. However, ten minutes after the car was finally rolled into the service center one of the mechanics (with a smile on his face) came back to get me to show me what was going on. It turned out that Jiffy Lube forgot to put the cabin air filter back into the air conditioning assembly and all the air was pouring out from under the passenger's side foot well. Fortunately they also failed to put the locking plastic cover and just left it on top of the carpet (that's how the mechanic at Nissan realized so quickly what was going on). I called Jiffy Lube earlier this afternoon and spoke to Ms. Neisha Cesar to let her know about the issue and to ask for my filter back (at the very least), but she just came right out over the phone and denied that it could've happened there and even suggested that when the car arrived at Jiffy Lube it was already missing the filter and that they were aware of it. I asked her then why she would keep that information from me when they were working on the car and also why she would offer me to replace a filter that didn't exist in the first place. Of course, she couldn't give me an explanation. I ended up speaking to the manager on shift (Mr. Fidel Miranda) who just told me that he couldn't do anything about the whole situation because he couldn't find the old filter and because, as he put it: "I can't just give you a new $45 filter". They even had the nerve to try to cash out on their mistake by offering to install the missing air filter ONLY if I purchased a new filter from them. Just STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It's just not worth the headache. But if you have no other choice for an oil change, make sure to tell them from the beginning not to touch or check any other part of your car and keep a close watch. read more
