I walked into the store, walked up to the front desk, and was greeted by Anthony, who immediately got the bulb, rang me out, and installed it in my vehicle. If this is exceptional service, it definitely fell short. I don't normally write complaints or bad experiences but this is just unacceptable and they lost a sale.
