Deeb is a FANTASTIC mechanic! I've taken my car to him many times and he's always been able to fix my car problems to my satisfaction. Sometimes it can be a LITTLE expensive but overall, I believe he's saved me hundreds, if not thousands on repair costs over the years. It's always difficult to rate and write a review for a gas station because they're pretty much a simple process that requires little human interaction and they're all pretty much the same: Pull up, pay, pump and leave. I felt compelled though to write this review after reading all the negative reviews in my opinion not about the actual business, but about the customers lack of due diligence before accepting service. Yes, this place is both self and full service. Yesterday I pulled in, I live on the East Side of Providence so Mineral Spring isn't a place I normally find myself, but alas! There I was in need of gas. I pull in, it's pouring out so I pull next to a pump that's covered by the canopy when an older gentleman appeared next to my window asking if "I wanted full or self" then followed up by saying "full is $.90 extra a gallon". With that information I decided to pump my own gas. I moved to another pump, went inside where the gentleman and I said I didn't need to save the money (I do drive a German sports car) and how many people he has to tell on any given day. We then discussed the rain, the Patriots and how quickly Thanksgiving is approaching. All this under a minute after which I went outside, pumped my gas and left. I feel most of the reviews people are just mad for not actually paying attention and rather than accepting they may have made a mistake, they will take it out on the business itself. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my car to BP on Mineral Spring Ave. for inspection. I was told I needed a new muffler due to a tiny hole in my muffler and needed to buy a new one. He offered to replace it for over $300. I went to the part store and was told I didn't need a new muffler. In fact I was told all it needed was to be spot welded. I took it to a different garage. The guy charged me $20 and it took about five minutes. Big difference between spending $20 and over $300. The guy at the parts store told me that the muffler only cost $80 anyway. So raising prices on parts, doing unnecessary work, and charging crazy money for labor are common here apparently. I am sitting here now for over an hour when I had a 9am appointment to look at the work I had done and give me my inspection. The guy has been extremely unpleasant and I can honestly say I will never come here again. I live less than 5 minutes away from here. I won't even come here for gas anymore, and I used to. Hi I would like to say this gas service station is with very poor service. First I have been to other full service gas stations and they don't charge 33% more or in this case when gas price is 2.20 on average per gallon this gas station charges 3.259 per gallon. I did not realize that specific pump was full service price being higher and supposedly listed higher on his prices so when I went out to pump my gas the guy came and he said he will do it me not thinking they charge 1$ more I gave him the card he filled the tank while the pump was on automatic fill with the metal clip holding the pump on he washed my front windshield and my rear windshield. I was like oh nice what a great service I tipped the guy a 1$ took my recite and drove off without realizing I paid 21$ extra for the full service pump and yes I filled 21 gallons so extra 1$ per gallon was extra 21 $. Afterwords I realized the scam this guy is running and decided to call him and ask him about the price. He was VERY RUDE. I don't know how he is able to keep his business running while not looking for costumer satisfaction. I will say I will never go to this gas station ever in my life even if it is the last place with gas I would prefer to walk than give that guy a penny of my money. The owner was very loud and defensive I think bc he knows he is running a scam and he preys on people not to realize how much he charges for the full service gas. He tried giving me examples if you go to a steakhouse do you expect them to tell you about the price before hand. Wish I could give this 0 stars dropped my Car off for an oil change and check engine light turns out it's the gas cap cap yeah should be 50 60 bucks. Yeah right 130.00.
