Joe has saved me time, and goodness knows how much money over the years that I have been taking my car to him. Instead of ordering the expensive part, Joe will try to salvage the one that's failing. As a young woman, it is extremely refreshing to know that I can trust Joe to tell me honestly what's wrong with my car, if and when it needs to be fixed, and how much it will cost. He is a man of integrity in a business that often lacks it. That being said, if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, you probably don't want to go into the office. In my opinion, it is a small price to pay for excellent service.

A lie! as my dad looked at the car and the motor was fine. Here, they tightened the linkage for my windshield wipers free of charge which def holds them to their name of Honest Mechanix... Also checked my car for me and needed front brake pad/rotors replaced $420 and a synthetic oil change $78. I say this pricing is very fair. I called on Monday and this business was the only one who picked up first call, gave me a quote over the phone and arranged for me to drop off the vehicle next morning. I was greeted right away walking in. They have a decent size lot to park. I was in and out during drop off, quick to take care of me on the call and in and out for pickup. Def recommend. They did the work all in half a day for me. Only critiques is after oil change they mistyped the date as 8/29 and the actual date was 9/29 for a reminder on when to get the next oil change.

I left my car, said I'd be back later. I got a call from the guy, and he said it was a fail because my headlights were too dim. I compared them to my wife's car (which passed an inspection the same day, but elsewhere) and hers were WAY WORSE. Fine. I clean mine up and bring it back. The same guy, I believe his name is Ryan, gave my grief about the plate bracket being too large and it should have been a fail....ok....so then I finally get the sticker and go to my car that's been working on and he had left the lights on (for a good hour from the time he called to say the inspection was complete). What is wrong with this friggin guy? He busted my chops about stupid shit and then makes a really dumb mistake with NO apology. I recommend avoiding this location; there are plenty of other mechanics/state inspectors in the area.
