    Their customer service is terrible. They aren't honest. Items of mine were "lost" when I used their UPS access point.

    June 9th, 2021 arrived at 1:15pm…read more You must Avoid this place at all cost!!!!!! I went to this junk yard that was hidden in the woods with No signs out by the roads. Looks shady like others mentioned on Yelp!! This is my situation, I told him I am look for a TCM for a 1993 Honda Accord and he point me the left saying the the car just came in and was caught on fire, but was stopped before further damage was done. I was hoping the cars electronics are fine. I asked him, if this car TCM is bad, will he have another car with the same year. He looked at me like I asked him a stupid question, he said the car just came in and the TCM should be fine. Again, I ask him where's the other car. I told him, I don't want to bother you with what your doing just in case this one turns out bad. After making it about him he pointed to back right corner. That wasn't hard, I thought. Some people just a control freak!! I found the car with the window down and we just had a big rain yesterday. I uninstall the box and I decided to open the box to make sure the board was fine. I found some water spots and burnt spot on the circuit board. I took some pictures to show him, if needed. I put everything back together and called him for the other cars location. He got mad after I told him that I open the box. He told me to come the front and he's going to escort me out. I thought maybe he misunderstood me, so I explain to him again why I did what I did, he was still adamant about me leaving. I told him how else would I have known, if didn't open the box. I told him I came here because I have a burnt capacitor. My Board is burnt, but in waaaaaaaay better condition!!!!! I asked so you rather have me just buy a bad board, if I did would you have given me another TCM or a refund, he said NO!!!! No returns, he said. So you should understand why I did what I did than!!!! I said to him. I was talking through the door way of his little trailer door calling him a scammer and a con artist!!! I told him he can keep all his used junk and left. He never left his small trailer to escort me out, jiven fool!! I called another place (LQK) and mention my situation. I wanted to understand their take on what I did, if it was wrong and he didn't see nothing wrong. He said, if I have a TCM for you to open, I would and also give you 6 months warranty. I don't want to hurt his way of making money to survive, but I feel I have warn others about his business tactics. Did I also mentioned the TCM that went bad was purchased from here ( Pennys Junk). I had to give him a STAR to rate this place otherwise I give him nothing.

    Absolutely the worst place to get parts. Run. Don't walk from this company. Ordered transmission…read moreand transfer case for an Explorer. What was sent to me was those parts for a Ford Edge. Started the return process a week ago. I returned the transfer case myself because it was small enough to fit into my other vehicle. Drove to the warehouse to exchange and the one for the exchange they had tagged as for an Explorer was ALSO for an Edge. Decided to return the transfer case and transmission right then. Sourced a different part from another company while waiting for the return to be initiated. This was a week ago. I was promised a week ago that the transmission (sitting on a pallet and too heavy for me to pick up) would be picked up by a driver "tomorrow". I've called each day since then and was assured that it would be "tomorrow". Finally contacted the "Sales Manager" and was again told "tomorrow". It is BEYOND RIDICULOUS that it takes a week to pick up the part especially when the warehouse is 10 minutes away. IT is also UNACCEPTABLE that the part is on a list and not getting picked up and that "dispatch" cannot call a driver and make sure that they swing by the shop and pick up the part. The ONLY honest and competent person I've dealt with is the guy in the warehouse who took my transfer case. 1) Don't know what parts they have (labeled wrong in their system) 2) Sales people are clueless 3) Return process is ridiculously long 4) Dishonest reps at every stage of the process Again. Run. Don't walk away from this shady company. This company gets ZERO stars from me. But I have to give it at least one star to post this review.
