So I noticed I had a saggy under carriage plastic cover. I went in and was greeted immediately by James. I Was refused service, I arrive at 8:25, they close at 9:00, I asked if they could check my engine since my engine light had turned on after I had to jump start my car the same morning. I work 12 hrs shift and went straight their after work since no other place is open at this hour and in the morning I'm already at work by the time they open. she told me they were about to close , and that she was alone when I could hear 2 people and see 2 people organizing in the back. if I arrived 15 min before close I would understand but I arrived more than 30 min prior to closing and the store was empty, I would have understood if they were full of people as well, Im sure their personalit's are nice but the lack of willingness to help was not appreciated. read more

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM KALAH G. We were in the middle of a road trip from Pennsylvania to Louisiana when our engine wouldn't turn over. After a jump from AAA, we drove it to this Autozone. Prior to leaving, we had everything checked by Firestone in Scranton, Pennsylvania and they claimed everything was fine. When we arrived here, Ms. Kalah informed us that our battery was in terrible condition and that there was battery acid corroded onto our battery. Not only was she incredibly kind, she spent extra time and effort removing the corroded bolts and battery from my car. This was an amazing experience and such a light in the storm. Even though this store is close to my home, I doubt I'll be back. I'd rather fight the traffic at Walmart than deal with the terrible customer service and the fact that they will sell you the wrong part even after taking your vehicle information! I need a bulb for my vehicle and stopped in to get one. The guy running the counter seemed like he was super busy even though there were no other customers. I gave him my vehicle make and model so he could look up and get the size I needed. I bought it and left. The weather was bad so I didn't change it same day, and when I did finally get a chance, it was the wrong bulb. I return it, and the same guy tells me I need to pay attention and make sure that I'm getting the right one (even though I had asked him what the computer said I should get and he picked it out!). He did an exchange and gave me the difference on store credit because I had lost my receipt, which was fair (although I was being refunded a dollar less than what I was charged). He gave me my items and said have a nice day, so I walked out and got started replacing the bulb only to be asked by the man to come back inside because they weren't done according to the manager. The manager was extremely rude. He acted like he was being bothered by my presence and like the entire mess up of the transaction on the computer was some how my fault and began making comments and remarks about what needed to be done to his employee. The whole thing was very unprofessional and makes me not want to go back there. read more

My fiancé bought a filter that isn't compatible with his car so he went to this Autozone which is less than 5 mins away from our home to return it. He arrived at 8:45 to just return the filter and one of the guys at the register told him that he wasn't able to return the filter b/c they pulled the register. Another guy then went ahead and said, "yeah there are 13 mins left." Idk where they do that at where they pull the register 15 mins before closing but it was a simple return. My fiancé will be back tomorrow and will ask to take a survey. Very unprofessional. read more

Great customer service this morning! My daughter purchased windshield wipers at AutoZone in Lakeridge yesterday and was told by the lady behind the counter that any 22" wiper will work. She asked if they installed them and she said they did not. She also did not receive a receipt. We tried this morning to put them on and frankly, couldn't figure it out. Went back to AutoZone in Lakeridge and they were wonderful. They realized that she had purchased the wrong windshield wipers yesterday and exchanged them, then installed them for us! The gentleman that helped us this morning was incredibly helpfu! I'm only sorry I didn't get the gentleman's name to properly recognize his incredible customer service today. Thank you! read more

I had to go here the other day to get two items. The person I was really kind to help me find what I needed. However one item didn't work as I came here tonight to return it and their system is down and so the store is locked. Two employees saw me waving at the door to ask them when the system would be up, and yet did not have the courtesy to tell me when they thought their system would be up. All I needed was an idea what it be 5 minutes or would it be tomorrow so I could wait if they were going to be open in a few minutes. Eventually they did open the door as the lady had to come pick up a part that she had already paid for so they gave her the part. But you would think courtesy would be they could come to the door and at least answer the simple question that I had instead of being rude by looking at me and pointing to the sign and continuing on with their business. The gentleman who did open the door said I could go to another store or reminded me that the sign said they're not open. I feel it rude for customer service to not at least acknowledge somebody at the door. The gentleman waved to me good luck gave me the thumbs up. But it seems like they did not care to make a local customer respected. As for the item I was going to return, it is because I could not get it to work and I was going to ask them if they could help me figure out how to make it work. But because of this rudeness I'm just going to return the item and not try to let them have that particular business! Additionally, when I called them nobody answered the phone. I called back a second time a few minutes later and the phone was saying it is out of order. So that is a little bit odd as well. Even though this place is less than 2 miles from my home I will not be going back to support this particular store. I realize they were following a policy by keeping the door shut, but at least they could come and acknowledge me since I was at the door waving. In my job where I do customer service as well, I often work out of hours and do things that are an inconvenience to me to help the customer and they should give you the same courtesy. read more
