They were absolutely wonderful. I walked in unsure about what I needed and worried about the fact that I damaged my parents car. Chris helped me out from the very beginning helping me get the right taillight replacement and verbally walking me through what I would need to do to fix it. When the part came in (2 days early) Chris and Bevon helped me replace the taillight. Bevon went through the what seemed like 50 step process and dozens and dozens of screws to replace the taillight. Right as Bevon finished replacing the broken taillight, one of the bulbs on my working taillight went out. At that point after seeing and being told about how the mechanics work, I am now proud to say that I can replace the bulb of a taillight myself. Thank you guys so much for all of your help. From helping me calm down from freaking out about it, to actually replacing the taillight assembly, thank you!!!! I took my tools and went in the nasty muddy yard to find the parts that I needed. A couple of hours later I paid for the parts, went to my car and found out I was blocked in by their tow truck, I went back inside to ask them to move the tow truck so I can leave, the young guy cashier just made a head motion to look behind me, here is the manager, I believe to be John Thompson, he asked me if my car was for sale, I said no, John said so why the hell did you park in the space next to the junk cars that are for sale? I said I didn't know it was only for the junk cars and and it was a open space for parking. John said you didn't see the prices on the window's? I said NO! First time here and there was limited parking, and not like you needed that spot right away. John wouldn't move his tow truck, he kept me sitting in the parking lot until I said I'm calling the Sherriff's Department, this is false imprisonment! The whole time I have my phone out videoing this. He drove his truck behind me like he was going to ram me. I got out and the MF to get out of my way, he jumped out of the truck and started to approach me like he was going to attack me, I told John you touch me that it will be a fatal mistake on your part, he realized I was concealed carrying. John got back in his truck and moved for me to back out of the lot. As I was backing up he drove his tow truck within probably 1 foot of my drivers door like he was going to ram me. I had a few choice words for him and finally left. I still may file charges against him for false imprisonment. This guy is so nasty, he could have just told me that the parking space was for his junk cars that he was selling and I would have just said "sorry" and that would have been it, but no... he had to be an ass.

Cindy, co-owner was pleasant and informative. She quoted me the price for my 8' bed liner and was $100 cheaper than anyone in Tampa. Above that it was the same price regardless of the application (hard or soft liner). I go with honesty every time and for a $100 savings I'll drive to Bradenton. The quality and attention to detail were awesome Luis the installer was exceptional and very interested in making sure I was happy with his work, and I was.
