The men there were so nice and patched it immediately. They checked that the other tires were safe and put the repaired tire back on. I don't believe that I could make up a worse experience with a service provider in any industry…read more After a very lengthy period of time to not only repair my instrument cluster but to also diagnose and resolve issues with stalling in my old truck, it died on the way home from the shop, I returned it and they diagnosed and allegedly repaired a different problem, yet it continues to stall with the AC on, which was the original issue. Then imagine my disappointment when I was going to take it out to run around the block two days after limping it home from Total and it was totally dead. Not only will I not return there for any type of service on any vehicle I own or will ever own, I will share my experience with anyone who asks my opinion, and some who don't. Avoid Total Automotive Services at all costs.

That said Alec was quick to reach out not one, but twice when a 66 Coupe that I had my eye on came back as available after previous offers fell through. Once I was able to get a deposit in on the vehicle I'm pretty sure Alec was in contact at least once a day for a week straight answering questions and working through the purchase process. As other reviews mention Brad was extremely helpful with his car inspection and reporting which was completely transparent and honest. No attempt to hide anything allowing me to buy in confidence. Brad and Alec double teamed the paperwork and got it all done very quickly on a Saturday morning no less. Once the bank transfers were all squared away and I was able to get a hauler lined up Alec was there to assist with load up, on a Friday night, after closing time no less. All in all, I can't think of a better over the internet car purchasing experience. I would highly recommend Survivor Classic Car. Great folks that will take care of serious buyers.

The Ultimate Bike Shop Experience - A True Gem for Motorcycle Audio & Customization…read more After five frustrating installs at other places, I finally found the one shop that truly knows what they're doing--Kory Souza Originals and I'm lucky because it's located right here in Sarasota and did I tell you that it's right across from the Italian bakery . This place isn't just a bike shop; it's a haven for anyone who wants their motorcycle to sound as good as it looks. The owner is an absolute expert, a true craftsman who knows his way around both motorcycles and high-end stereo systems like no one else. He also can gold plate right there in his shop so if you wanna get rid of the chrome and go gold, this is the place! From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was different. No nonsense, no guessing--just straight-up knowledge and experience. He took the time to understand what I needed, fixed every issue that previous installers had botched, and made sure everything was done right. Finally, my stereo sounds exactly how I always wanted it to--clear, powerful, and flawless. But it didn't stop there. He went above and beyond, changing out all my fluids perfectly, fixing my trunk, and offering so many incredible upgrades that I had to draw the line--because trust me, it's addicting! This shop is the only place I'd ever trust to install a stereo on a bike, hands down. If you want expertise, precision, and a shop that truly cares about the work they do, this is the place to go. Huge thanks to the owner Kory and his team for making my ride better than ever!
