We recently had the FlexArmor roof quoted and installed by EliteRV on our 2023 GDRV Reflection 341RDS. From initial contact to delivery their staff answered every question and resolved every one of our concerns. 5 star effort and results. We watched several YouTube videos on the process and the staff at Elite appreciated our background knowledge and enhanced that knowledge. Bryon took his time to review some area of concerns with roof material wrinkles from GDRV factory. We set realistic expectations and he far exceeded what I thought would be possible in rehabbing the roof. Courtney fielded all of our questions and followed up promptly with answers. The entire staff is friendly and treated us like we were family. Some key learnings from the process and YouTube reviews: Walk down your roof and understand your problem areas prior to work, then discuss those areas and develop a plan to mitigate the issues within the time and cost you're willing to spend. Don't assume the service will perform xy or z repairs, ask upfront and get clarity of what will or can be fixed. Our roof had several wrinkles and a YouTube review stated another flex armor install location simply sprayed over the areas and didn't "fix" them prior to application. So we asked and Bryon went over each issue and what a repair might look like or produce a quote to perform extra service to fully rehab the area above the coating install price which is fair. Understand that this product will not perform a miracle if there are pre existing issues the coating simply will cover. In our application we had issues with roof decking seams under the rubber roof and I fully expected to see those seams after the coating install unless I wanted them to sand down and epoxy all those areas, which is a service they offer. I wanted the protection of the coating more than a visually flawless smooth as glass coating finish. I had realistic expectations that did not diminish when I saw the finished product. Even the FlexArmor website example photos show similar results that I have on my roof and I'm 100% ok with the results. Last item, get the skylight coated with their LED light kit installed in the shower skylight. It illuminates beautifully. We mentioned they should feature this upgrade and even consider add variable light color feature sets. Thank you EliteRV staff for making everything so smooth and easy. I have to start out by saying I've never done a Yelp review , but I felt I needed to about my experience at Elite RV. We recently needed to have some body work done on our RV . Our insurance company recommended Elite RV and I'm really glad they did . All I've ever heard was the nightmare stories of people dropping off their RV for service and it being tied up for months . My first contact at Elite was Jenney Annett , she handled all the paperwork, scheduling to dealing with my adjuster, all with a smile. It was one of the most stress less experiences I've ever had , Daniel who manages the body shop did an awesome job. The colors match perfectly as do all the lines . I think he had to spray 6 different sections on the one door plus line up with the other doors and did I mention the project was completed on the exact date and time I was promised . While out of town, I had technicians from Elite RV come to my camper to replace / repair a few items including the ignitor on my propane stove. I returned last week to my RV where I live half the year to find the ignitor not working. I called the company to see about getting it repaired or replaced since they were paid to fix it but was told that the 90 day warranty on the item was expired. So what they are telling me is that the brand new ignitor they were paid to install never worked even one day but because I was out of town during the warranty period they won't fix it. Not what I would call good customer service if they cannot stand behind their repairs. read more

George, I was NEVER informed that this was a temporary fix. Yes I did want it back ASAP, but not jury rigged as it was. The office said it was fixed. I lost the rental that was supposed to go out that Thursday. I'm glad they didn't take it to Utah. It would have fallen apart for them after 4 days on the road. I got up on the roof the following week and saw it was taped up poorly. This is how Elite gave it back to me! That's when I called about it. That's when I was told by you I should have it replaced if I wasn't happy. I didn't even get any empathy from you. Not a sorry, nothing. And I still don't hear anything in your response remotely sounding like we screwed up and this is not how we run Elite. I have had another company replace it since then. read more

We took our 2020 Tiffin Phaeton to Elite RV for warranty work. We had to take it out before it was finished but brought it back for them to finish after the weekend. We paid them $$$$ to move it off the premises and we never received any of it back because the claims weren't submitted to warranty company. Woman we were working with left (got fired) during this time period. We called, we emailed we talked to,supervisor but never received any refund on the $$$$ we paid them. They stopped responding to us totally. I'd think twice about taking your RV to EliteRV. read more

Had roof leak on 2014 Fuzion 5th wheel. Made the appointment 30 days out and they were ready for us! When we dropped the rv off, Jenn asked if we had talked to our insurance company about coverage, which we had not. Who would think insurance?
