Five-Star Service from Start to Finish - Highly Recommend By the Bay RV Mobile Repairs!…read more We recently had the pleasure of working with By the Bay RV Mobile Repairs, and we cannot say enough great things about the experience. From the moment we reached out, they responded immediately, and scheduling was fast and incredibly easy--a rarity in the world of mobile RV service. Upon arrival, Jeff and his wife made an outstanding first impression. They arrived on time in a clean, beautifully branded service vehicle, and set up a professional sandwich board to signal their presence. Both wore professional uniforms, which added to our confidence in their professionalism and attention to detail. We had three separate issues, and they handled each one flawlessly. The most urgent was a sudden failure of our Solara awning on our Grand Design Toy Hauler 5th Wheel. While we were relaxing in the main salon, we heard a loud bang--the awning had snapped and separated from the end cap due to a substandard screw from the factory. Jeff immediately diagnosed the issue and performed a superior repair using proper rivets, which is what the manufacturer should have done in the first place. This wasn't just a fix--it was an upgrade in safety and quality. In addition to the awning, they resolved two other issues with equal care and expertise. We were so impressed with their knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism that we scheduled them to return and service all three of our HVAC units. It's important to note that By the Bay RV holds all the proper certifications and licenses, including insurance, propane repair certification, and a valid business license--something every RV owner should confirm before allowing any work to be done. We've attached photos of their work, their service vehicle, and the team in action to show the high standard they bring to every job. We highly recommend By the Bay RV Mobile Repairs for any and all of your RV service needs. Professional, reliable, responsive, and truly experts in their field. We wouldn't trust our rig with anyone else. -- Grand Design 5th Wheel Owner

I made the call and spoke to Rob (Sales) who invited us to come visit the lot to see what RVs were available at the time. We arrived and walked into the office where Rob directed us to the open lot. My wife and I walked out of the office and began our search for the perfect RV. We walked in and out of a few select motorhomes. While we were searching we came across Corey. My wife and I had the most amazing experience learning from Corey the benefits of each motorhome and the comparisons between each model. Corey's warm welcome, immersion of the RV world, and perfect positioning led to our quick decision that we found the right place to purchase our first RV. Corey took us on a test drive and we felt 100% supported. Did I mention that Corey is the onsite mechanic? Talk about wearing multiple hats and making and impact on a sale (his first sale). Unfortunately the age of the RV wasn't able to be funded by our banks or credit union, but. we will continue to work with Corey in our search for the best fit. Also a shout out to Toby who positions financing and takes the needed deeper dive into financing options. I truly enjoyed working for Corey and Toby.

After over 2 years I had it towed to a repair shop where I had to have a new fuel pump, tank dropped and soldered, new fuel lines, 6 new tires and three new batteries. It cost me over $6000 to be able to drive it again! I paid storage the whole time it was there. They could if told me that couldn't fix the generator. They should take off the part about they repair.
