From the moment we reached out, they responded immediately, and scheduling was fast and incredibly easy--a rarity in the world of mobile RV service. Upon arrival, Jeff and his wife made an outstanding first impression. They arrived on time in a clean, beautifully branded service vehicle, and set up a professional sandwich board to signal their presence. Both wore professional uniforms, which added to our confidence in their professionalism and attention to detail. We had three separate issues, and they handled each one flawlessly. The most urgent was a sudden failure of our Solara awning on our Grand Design Toy Hauler 5th Wheel. While we were relaxing in the main salon, we heard a loud bang--the awning had snapped and separated from the end cap due to a substandard screw from the factory. Jeff immediately diagnosed the issue and performed a superior repair using proper rivets, which is what the manufacturer should have done in the first place. This wasn't just a fix--it was an upgrade in safety and quality. In addition to the awning, they resolved two other issues with equal care and expertise. We were so impressed with their knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism that we scheduled them to return and service all three of our HVAC units. It's important to note that By the Bay RV holds all the proper certifications and licenses, including insurance, propane repair certification, and a valid business license--something every RV owner should confirm before allowing any work to be done. I am next, I'll get to it right away, I had to fire the guy. Over two years it sat in dirt. I had 6 new tires, 3 new batteries drove it 1700 miles to manatee rv. After over 2 years I had it towed to a repair shop where I had to have a new fuel pump, tank dropped and soldered, new fuel lines, 6 new tires and three new batteries. It cost me over $6000 to be able to drive it again! I paid storage the whole time it was there. They could if told me that couldn't fix the generator. They should take off the part about they repair.
