It's not always easy to find an auto repair shop you can truly trust, but Clark Auto Group is definitely one of them. Excellent service, fair prices, and great people. I'll absolutely bring my Volvo back to Greg whenever I need repairs or maintenance. Thank you, Greg and the entire Clark Auto Group team, for getting me back on the road so quickly!

Once ownership changed hands, we quickly knew the shop was in good hands. I have trusted them with every car we owned, old and new, Honda, Dodge, Chrysler and more. Bill will make sure you get a thorough inspection. He will listen carefully and ask good questions and will only suggest repairs that he knows are needed. Sherry is great on the phone and remembers who you are with personal customer service that's nearly impossible to find these days. Our Honda Odyssey van went through a period of 7 tires in 11 months thanks to road construction and dumb bad luck. They were great to get me in and out, to be honest about whether a tire could be patched or needed to be replaced. The van now has 292,000 miles and is going strong! Bill and his crew have repaired vacuum systems, broken hoses and belts, AC work, and even a TPM on a stubborn old Dodge Nitro. He says what he means and means what he says. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the results. I had been rear-ended at a stoplight which resulted in damage to my rear. I brought my vehicle in for an estimate, with Tony (Anthony) and he responded same day via email with a detailed estimate and availability to bring it in, also noting that they would need to modify the estimate and time to repair depending on what they may find when removing the bumper. He also confirmed they would be using BMW parts and not aftermarket (which I wanted). The repair time was lengthy unfortunately as they, like many businesses now, are struggling with staffing, and also won't just hire "anyone" as quality work is important to them. That said, they kept me apprised of what was happening once I dropped it off, and the front desk person was completely helpful on all fronts. When I picked up my car, it was impeccable and also - bonus! - was completely cleaned not only on the outside but also on the inside. Very happy. Although I hope I don't NEED to bring a vehicle here again (cuz that would mean something was damaged), I WILL wholeheartedly be back here if I do.

He listened to all of my concerns. He aplogized for my bad experience and I feel it was sincere. I thought I was dealing with the owner when I first questioned the work. I was not. It was an employee who no longer works there. He reimbursed me for the parts and talked about his business model and how important customer satisfaction is to him. I feel like my part in this was that I didn't verify who I was speaking to and didn't ask enough questions. This was really weighing on me- and I truly worried about losing my bumper. I feel like that is not going to happen and feel relieved that this is resolved. I would feel comfortable recommending this shop, and would use it,(hopefully I won't need bodywork), in the future.
