I waited all day for them to show up and at the last hour called them to discover they didn't even order my glass yet. I had this appointment 2 days prior and specifically request they call me if it doesn't work out. They said it will take 4-5 More business days to receive the glass.... Are You Kidding!! With Florida rain and now a busted out window.....I called Gulf Coast Auto Glass and they overnighted my glass, came out and installed it in less than 48 hrs. They said it would be less than 24 hours if I didn't call so late. These people at Gulf Coast really care and have a tight business with there customers! Do their best they can to take care of you. They accepted my deductible as full payment from me, so no out of pocket cost. Also the agent with my insurance company left me skeptical with the impression that I could be paying out of pocket with other companies. Creating fear tactics that I need to go with there recommendation; Safelite company they get kick backs from. I figured it out.. on my own they buy and sell you as a customer. Really thinking about changing insurance company after this experience! What else do they have up there sleeve? Don't go with Safelite!.... Gulf Coast Auto Glass ROCKS!!! .

But the bigger issue wasn't even what I came to get fixed so in the process of fixing my sunroof or closing it he completely broke my seatbelt and said he would fix it and never did then proceeded to call me after I left a message to threaten me and say he wouldn't fix it. I wouldn't do business with this company at all just go to the dealership and get taxed. So me going in to have them fix my sunroof caused them to break my seatbelt making it completely useless if I were in an accident and they do not care by all means I would be dead and they would be 1000% liable for not fixing something they broke.

He listened to all of my concerns. He aplogized for my bad experience and I feel it was sincere. I thought I was dealing with the owner when I first questioned the work. I was not. It was an employee who no longer works there. He reimbursed me for the parts and talked about his business model and how important customer satisfaction is to him. I feel like my part in this was that I didn't verify who I was speaking to and didn't ask enough questions. This was really weighing on me- and I truly worried about losing my bumper. I feel like that is not going to happen and feel relieved that this is resolved. I would feel comfortable recommending this shop, and would use it,(hopefully I won't need bodywork), in the future.
