When I arrived to pick up my car, I noticed there was some dried gum on the back fender which I had to point out and have the tech remove it. Quoted $300 for platinum detail over the phone then Casandra told me it was $500 plus tax upon picking my vehicle up. You said the initial estimate was off and you aren't sure which employee quoted me. Well it says $300 on your website so why the extra? Vehicle wasn't very dirty to begin with. You also shouldn't be charging sales tax on services here. Couldn't get my vehicle back without paying the extra $200 plus tax. Carpet was not shampooed and there is still sand and debris on my carpets under the floor mat and nobody even tried to vacuum the trunk. I even paid for the highest level Platinum detailing package. Did a decent job on the exterior though so I'll give you that. Unfortunately I won't be back because it felt like extortion to get my car back and you were a full day late starting on it even though I had an appointment. Sorry but you can't just charge whatever you want after the fact and I can't trust your timeframe either. read more

I was referred to 2 Zero by BMW Sarasota when I found a dent needing paint work on my passenger door one day in the parking lot outside of Total Wine on University Parkway in Sarasota. (Pox on whoever did that.) I chatted briefly by phone and found that the estimated cost would be well below my insurance deductible. So I went in for a visual estimate and they told me $350 which I found reasonable. I made an appointment for the following week and dropped of my 328i. I received a call from them an hour later. I fully expected them to say they needed more money than estimated to complete the job, but that wasn't the case. We were experiencing a cold snap and the paint wouldn't dry properly in one day. I was OK waiting an extra day. These guys perform miracles. The door looked like new. They explained their process which is superior to another body shop I talked to. They painted the entire door rather than "blending" it. Who knew? Elliott, one of the partners, was finishing my car when I came to pick it up. It was spotless! He saw some haze on the strip between my windows and buffed it out with compound while I waited. Fantastic work, guys. This was an early Christmas present for me! read more

Had appointment for several weeks. When Casandra booked appointment with me she asked several questions about the car. Age, mileage, pets in car etc. Was very upfront with her. Booked Platinum service. Dropped car off night before appointment so they could start asap. Received phone call about 30 minutes later. Casandra proceeded to tell me it would now all of a sudden take a week to complete, it would cost $300 MORE than advertised and discussed. What? Not many people can go a week without a car? Don't let the rating stars fool you that everyone puts. Customer service...2/3 stars... Owner is not responsive when issues are present...just ignores your messages. Your vehicle is not always completed when they say it's supposed to be. I lost out on a family trip, due to the work not being completed when they said it was supposed to...had to wait several more days...no apologies. Wrap department 4/5 stars...I will say the quality of work for the most part is good. I say good and not great....I had to come back a couple times because the coating they put on my car started to peel off my side steps(twice) and roof railing. The car wrapping was great. I have found them to be extremely helpful and very reasonable on body work. They were recommended by the BMW dealer and bumper repair worked out well. Acura had a lower Panel repaired. Others said I had to replace. 100 vs a replacement at about 550. Much of their work is on exotic and luxury cars. Love this place! I have a brand new, white Jeep Grand Cherokee with the Altitude Package, so it has black rims, grill, etc. Had my windows tinted here and they did a fabulous job, and when I scratched my rim on a curb a few months ago, they took care of it quickly and efficiently as well. For a luxury car studio/repair shop, I feel the prices are fair... but then again, I don't really know bc I haven't gone anywhere else. I called this place when I first got my car and wanted to get my windows tinted bc I read great reviews online, and I feel like they have taken great care of me and my car every time I have needed something done and I don't want to take my car anywhere else at this point. They are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Even recently I've had an issue with my paint job, the paint on my handle is randomly flaking off out of nowhere, and much to my dismay, Jeep Warranty isn't wanting to stand by their product and fix the issue for me. The car is brand new and I've only put about 4,000 miles on it since I got it almost 8 months ago and I take excellent care of it and so there's honestly no excuse for something like this to be happening. So, I called 2 Zero Car Studio just to see if this was something they could potentially fix, and the guy assured me that he could and explained that it was most likely a mistake with the original paint application. But what really impressed me the most was how he tried to get me to take it up with my Warranty company before having him fix it up... his exact words were "Yes we could definitely fix that and I would be happy to help, but this honestly should NOT be happening so quickly and it's likely some kind of defect with the paint itself or with the original application, and with your car being so new, you should have bumper to bumper warranty coverage for something like this. I would just hate for you to pay for something that should be covered by warranty." So I explained to him that Jeep wasn't wanting to hold up their end of the deal and take care of the issue (hence, why I was calling him), he was shocked and told me that I should fight that bc it wasn't right and I shouldn't be responsible for a defective paint job bc there was absolutely no logical reason for it to be coming off like that, especially so soon. I respected and really appreciated his honestly... most people wouldn't bother to explain something like that or try to save me money. So after his advice, I decided to contact Jeep Warranty again and I'm currently waiting to hear back, but if it turns out that they won't take care of this issue for me, I know 2 Zero Car Studio will. This is a great establishment and I appreciate their hard work, honestly and integrity when it comes to their business dealings and customer service. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I could not believe my eyes when I picked up my truck. I brought in a crew cab 1500 that had not seen a detail shop in two years. It was full of german shepard hair, sand, mud you name it. There is not one hair to be found in that entire truck. Their pricing is awesome and you get a great value. I would advise anyone considering a detail, a master piece can not be rushed. I called them up this morning to have some decals put on on my Camaro and they asked me to come in so they could see what I wanted and to give me a price. When I got there they looked at what I had and took my car into the garage right away and installed everything. I was very surprised by the willingness to do the job and take care of the customer. They actually looked pretty busy at the time and luckily had one bay open. Such a great group of people and they did everything I wanted within an hour.
