First, when we brought our vehicle in we were told to be back promptly at 10:45 so he could get back to what he really wanted to be doing... that should've been our first sign to walk away and not give the guy our business! When we came back to pick up the car he wasn't finished yet, no big deal.. we weren't in any hurry. Once he finished he told us that there would be some water spots but they would evaporate within a day or so and asked us to bring the car back if we had any issues... Well we did as told, noticing that there was a 5" x 5" area of bubbles STILL in our back windshield after 2 weeks.. before we even told him what we were back for he was mumbling under his breath, showing us he didn't care and didn't want to deal with it, he looked us in the eyes and told us "I will not fix this for a couple bubbles, it will not move and it will not get any bigger", he proceeded to try to scratch at the tint and use a squeegee to get them out, making it look 10x worse, while reaching right over my daughters head. He continues to refuse to fix his work that he supposedly warranties.. but not for scratches or bubbles that eh caused... only if the tint starts to peel. We are absolutely disgusted with the experience and treatment from this company and hope that anyone who does choose to go here will not be treated the same way.

Called them up they were able to squeeze us in the same day because they had some cancelations. Had it done in a few hours. Picked it up and left it out in the sun to help it cure. Looked better later that afternoon because it had to have the water evaporate from behind the tint. They use Suntek tint which is one of the better tints out there.
