We bought the 3M window tint that includes a lifetime guarantee against bubbling, fading, etc. Our appointment was the day after the 4th of July, and the owner kept his word-- He did an awesome job, even WITH a hangover!!! Overall one of the most unprofessional companies I have dealt with recently. I contacted Titanium Tint roughly a month ago about tinting the rear tail lights on my BMW F30. After countless e-mails that were not responded to and his voicemail being full, I was finally able to reach the owner by phone to setup an appointment. I was very clear in our discussion that I already had film in place that would have to be removed in which he said no problem. When I arrived Saturday morning for our appointment the first thing he states is he won't have time to properly prep the lights after the film removal, but that I was welcome to "hang out" and do it myself. If this was going to be an issue he should have mentioned it before I drove an hour from Lakewood Ranch. Despite the frustration I decided to make an appointment for the following Saturday so I could resolve any issues w/ the tail lights during the week. All of the positives reviews for this company made me go against my better judgement and give him the benefit of the doubt. During the week I e-mailed him to confirm we were still good for Saturday, in which he replied that he forgot he had Chris Tucker tickets and would not be able to make our appointment (all factual, can't make this stuff up...and I wonder if I never checked to confirm, would I have shown up to an empty shop?). He did state that due to how much I had been inconvenienced he could make it into the shop later in the afternoon and would call/text me on the way back from Ft. Lauderdale that morning so I could gauge my time better since I was an hour away. I blocked out my entire schedule for Saturday based around the expectation of having this completed, in which he once again did not follow through on his word. That Sunday I e-mailed him letting him know how disappointed I was that he not only failed to keep the appointment but also did not have the courtesy to even contact me. To this day he never responded to that e-mail or even apologized. I am unsure on the quality of his work considering we could never get to that stage, but overall I cannot recommend people do business with a company as unprofessional as Titanium Tint. read more

Who ever worked on my car made it smell like a Newport factory..... very disappointed in the service

I saw Titanium Tint driving past a couple of months ago and decided to take my 2013 Impala to them for an estimate. They have three different warranty levels. All products are 3M. Prices seem to be in line with other places however, not all places install 3M products. I opted for the most inexpensive product and warranty. After getting home and looking at the job I did see some minor problems. Really very minor. When I left the owner told me if there were ANY problems please don't hesitate to contact me right away. The thing is the day he scheduled my job he ended up being incredibly busy., (I guess that comes with being top notch). He and his partner finally finished at 730 pm or so. I called him back right away and true to his words he told me to bring the car back right away and scheduled me for the next Saturday. He took about a 15 sec look and said,, "I can't let something like that out of my shop. Geeez most customers wouldn't even have noticed the small issues, but I'm kind of picky. I did some research on window film. Rayon S9 is a superior film for tinting windows. I called Titanium Tint and spoke to Tom. He had the product in stock and at a fair price. I made an appointment with Tom and he let me watch the entire process. Both Tom and Cody were meticulous in their work. If you want something done right give these guys a try. You won't be sorry. There was a problem with the installation of 3M paint protection. The proprietor promised, for several weeks, to remedy it. He never followed through, even after I made numerous calls to him and was assured each time that he would get back to me to schedule re-installation of the product. The product cost several hundred dollars. I write this very reluctantly after affording the proprietor numerous opportunities to correct the problem. We cannot recommend this shop. read more
