We called and sent them pictures of our concerns showing that it was replaced incorrectly the second time and they said it was fine, but it wasn't and it caused it to crack again. They didn't install the headliner or the windshield wipers correctly when they did the second replacement either causing a scratch to the driverside pillar. They refuse to fix the windshield or make things right. I was loyal customer that have done work twice with them before and this time it went very wrong and they did not want to fix it. I left work early and called multiple times to confirm the appointment and was told it wasn't happening. Then I was quoted at 326$ and told it'll be happening earlier next morning . They arrived but with the previous quote and when I protested was accused of canceling the day before and was told that quote Ciara gave me was incorrect.
