We called and sent them pictures of our concerns showing that it was replaced incorrectly the second time and they said it was fine, but it wasn't and it caused it to crack again. They didn't install the headliner or the windshield wipers correctly when they did the second replacement either causing a scratch to the driverside pillar. They refuse to fix the windshield or make things right. I was loyal customer that have done work twice with them before and this time it went very wrong and they did not want to fix it. I am very upset and disappointed and I wish things went differently!

They arrived but with the previous quote and when I protested was accused of canceling the day before and was told that quote Ciara gave me was incorrect. I subsequently called back, asking difficult questions about an unusual insurance situation, wherein the windshield broke while I had comprehensive coverage but I since (foolishly) canceled the coverage. Tom seemed to have complete mastery of how to handle this and everything worked out great. Both Tom and the installer who did the work seemed very, very experienced and answered all my questions with a great deal of precision. I highly recommend.

The first couple of times, I was told or given the impression that someone would be coming out, but eventually they stopped responding altogether.
