Tint Worx and James,
Replying back to your comment about my initial review here:
I appreciate the reply! Allow me to correct many of the inaccuracies to your reply since Google won't allow me to comment.
As I have explained in my initial post, the inconveniences that were accidents, and in some aspect uncontrollable, were a non issue for me but ultimately got to my point that I was patient and understanding as a customer, which you would think, a business owner should replicate... I mean, after-all, it's the customer who is paying for the services rendered, no?
First- Yes, there's bubbles present on my tint due to pollen, dust, regardless of the reasoning, there's bubbles as seen in the photos.
Second- My comment about you being late was intended to voice my point across that the job took much longer than it should have due to you having to wait around for someone to bring you the keys to the shop. I took time out of my girlfriends and my busy day to be at your shop at my respective appointment time but because you didn't have your shop keys, added additional time to complete the job...
which brings me to the third point-
The job took 4 hours. I have someone to attest to that if you would like... You might want to hire additional staff- perhaps this would alleviate some of your business challenges. It is clear that your are working at a rate that may be compromising the services you are providing. It was never outlined that my car had to be detailed prior to arrival, nor have I ever heard of there being an additional charge due to a "dirty" car. I have had tint work done to multiple cars and have never heard of such a thing, especially if I am paying top premium for your tint and installation. *Further details on point #7*
Sixth- Yes, a family meeting I needed to attend with regard to my aunt having a medical emergency. Sorry I didn't feel the need to fully elaborate on the personal matter when I first brought it to your colleagues attention.
Seventh- Your imply of you doing me a favor by not charging me extra due cleanliness of my car is not and was never a question to you, Instead, it is coming off a scapegoat of an excuse to misinform current and potential future customers of the work rendered on my vehicle. By the way, my cars are always clean and I take pride in that.
I did not call you names, but instead indirectly swore over the phone when you, in some form, called me a liar. Again, I have someone who was next to me to attest to this.
At least we both can agree on one thing; I too hope this post stay around so that future potential customers can see and understand that you are not an accommodating business owner, who clearly deflects when there seems to be some flaws in the way you run your tint shop. It is clear that you are not capable of standing by in correcting flaws in the services YOU provide. I have never had an issue with tints in the past. You may want to look in the mirror the next time you accuse someone of being self-righteous. You might be surprised in what you see!
I will stand by my initial review by saying, future customers beware.
P.S. My apologies for your $175 dollars in missed opportunities. read more
