They did NOT hardwire it, and left the fuses in the box! Now I have to pay another company to hardwire it. Also, they put the front camera in a stupid location so the inside camera is cut off by rearview mirror. The total was $350, and he took $50 off, however, just tucking in wires is not worth $300, especially since I will have to pay for it to be done right. Lastly, the Vantrue N5 came with an installation tool, a little crowbar. I specifically told Shawn I wanted it back, and yet the installer kept it. Waste of time and money.
