I could not be more satisfied! This has been one of those rare experiences where the service far exceeded my highest expectations. I drove down from West Virginia to visit family for Christmas. My car was long overdue for a deep cleaning inside and out, but I never seem to have the time to do the kind of job I'd like to do. I've now taken my car to Elliott and the 2Zero team twice. The first time was for tint all the way around and an exterior detail. It looked superb when they were through, which all took place over the course of one day. Elliott took the time after to walk me through some questions I had about paint film protection or other ideas to keep my car looking great for the long term. A few weeks back, I went back to discuss next steps and he remembered my car and my name (great customer service) and he spent 15 minutes discussing different options in regards to film, wax, and ceramic coatings. I made the decision to get paint film protection from the nose all the way up the hood along with a premium detail on the interior and exterior, as well as some paint less dent repair. When I picked the car up, it looked immaculate. The car looked brand new! I will definitely be going back to 2Zero in the future! read more
