After paying $238.99 on the detail service, I was told that if I brought the vehicle back, they could buff it out. I'm not sure why this wasn't done during the original service. Based on their recommendation, I scheduled a buffing appointment for Sunday, June 14th at 11:00 AM and agreed to pay an additional $140. I made this appointment a full week in advance. However, at 10:30 AM on the day of my appointment just 30 minutes as l was driving to my scheduled appointment, I received a text message asking me to reschedule. I expressed that it was unprofessional to cancel an appointment with such short notice, especially via text message rather than a phone call. A customer who schedules a week in advance deserves more consideration and respect. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer loyalty and customer service. It appeared that my appointment was canceled because another customer was spending more money for his service. Whether that was the case or not, that is certainly how it felt. Businesses should never cancel an existing customer's appointment to accommodate a more profitable one. I had already recommended this business to my brother and sister-in-law, who were considering having their vehicles detailed with them. After my experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Customer relationships should be built on integrity, professionalism, and loyalty not on prioritizing whichever customer generates the highest dollar amount. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I cannot recommend Nomad Detail's business based on the customer service, or should l say lack of customer service and loyalty they did not provide.

I called my detail guy at 8 a.m. this morning hoping that they could come out in detail my car…read moretoday. I thought it would be a fat chance because it was so last minute. I explained to the guy that I've been wanting to have my car detailed for a while but my schedule is really crazy and I never know what I'm doing from day-to-day lately. he asked me if he could call me right back after he tried to work some things out on his schedule. He called me back within 5 minutes and said he would be over within the hour to detail my car. The guy who arrived (Adam) was prompt and nice. He had all of the equipment needed to clean my car including the water! He detailed my car from top to bottom inside and out. He also used a clay bar and cleaned all door jambs, shampooed the carpet, clean all of the seats with leather cleaner and special moisturizer, detailed around all of the vents and even fixed a spot that was on my carpet. He charges less than a big car washes that detail and he will come directly to you. I'll never go to a big car wash chain again. This experience was great and allowed me to stay home to get some chores done. I will definitely have him back again in the future. My car looked brand-new when he was done with it and it is 2 years old!
