We ended up getting a beautiful table made from old doors, and I am sitting at it right now. We were able to take it home the day we found it. We also went through the process of ordering a custom made table and found the journey to be exciting, informative and pleasant! We are awaiting the delivery of that gem - a one of a kind table that will be the centerpiece of our new open concept Big Room in our home. I saw some of the One Star reviews and am very surprised - I found everything priced and easy to determine the price. Of course, I can completely understand the rule to not allow children in the warehouse - with no exceptions, because once you cross that line of making exceptions it's a slippery slope! Bought a slab…read morelast week and while I was waiting for it to be finished, I did a little research on raw material pricing with other fabricators because I thought ~$90/ BDFT seemed a little high. (Retail price: Live Edge Tamarind 61" x 20" - 26" x 2.5" = $2,200 + $500 full finish = $2,700) When I returned to pick it up, I simply asked him some basic questions about how they determined their pricing and showed him the other seemingly identical raw slab I'd found that was 40% cheaper. Mind you, I wasn't upset, I didn't want money back, and I wasn't trying to cancel my order - in fact, I told him I was looking at getting another slab for my mantle. The guy lost it! He almost had a conniption fit right there in the store. Raising his voice, yelling at me, belittling me for not understanding "how the business works", and getting EXTREMELY defensive about the pricing. When I pushed back asking him why he was so excited and said I was "just asking some basic questions about the pricing", he literally threw me out of the store - after I had just spent thousands of dollars with them. Told me I was no longer a customer, I was on private property and needed to leave. No exaggeration - this really just happened! One of the most unprofessional experiences I've had for quite a while. Seems to me that anyone who gets THAT upset and defensive about a paying customer simply trying to better understand how their pricing works for the next slab might have something to hide. So, shop here at your own risk but make sure you "know the business" and fair pricing before you go in - and avoid Anthony at all costs. Sorry Celeste - you were great. I stepped out of my traditional furniture style while shopping at Hudson's Furniture. They had so…read moremuch to choose from. With the help of Paige, I found the perfect sectional to compliment my lakeside forever home. I'd had my eye on an exotic rug, from elsewhere, but I wasn't sure if it would overwhelm such an all-white room. After my sectional was delivered, my area rug arrived, but I needed accent pieces to bring it all together, so I called Paige for my complimentary service with Hudson's Interior Designer, Melodie. They came out a week later, took measurements, and we chatted it up about my likes, dislikes, colors, style, etc. A week later I went back to the store to see what they came up with. Melodie found the perfect tables to showcase the rug I loved, which were way out of my comfort zone, but I know sometimes you have to take it to that level. We played with some colors, styles, fabrics, shapes and textures, for the accent chair, and I finally chose the style she had originally suggested. While waiting for my accent pieces I made pillows to add some pop, and purchased a few more. The final pieces were delivered 3 days ago. I love the way it all came together.

It's always fun to go in and see the things. My issue is how they've overpacked the aisles and we could not get through. Buggies were going in different directions in the same aisle, but you couldn't cut across to the other side because of everything that was in the middle.
