This is a perfect American auto parts store. The manager is friendly and immediately reached out to…read morehelp you as soon as he's done with another customer. You might be surprised at how quickly he gets to the heart of what you're asking. He then points you to exactly what you need, and it isn't necessarily an item you would have picked. But he then takes time to explain it to be sure you understand. This is the perfect service I've never gotten from any other auto parts store. It's locally owned, with this same gent continuously serving customers since 1980. A great example of American small business -- do yourself a favor and try this place for yourself.

As I try and fix things myself, I went in looking for a Freon kit for my Nissan. I was greeted by another member who was kind enough to show me what I needed. Upon checkout, Mr. Tad explained how to add the Freon since it was my first time. He described what to look for, how to install properly and how to avoid overfilling. Upon checking out, he walked me out and showed me exactly where to attach the hose and walked me through the entire process again. He was kind, extremely knowledgeable and patient. I am thankful he is with you and that he is honest. Thanks again to Mr. Tad for taking such good care of me. He saved me a lot of time and frustration! I already texted my brother and father to visit AutoZone for all their vehicle needs.

Coen and Ethan helped check the code, explained it was a misfire, and talked me through the possible fixes. When I asked what a shop might charge, they explained it was something I could probably handle myself. I've never replaced plugs or coils before, so they took the time to explain the process and what I'd need, and once I felt comfortable, I went and did the work myself. As I worked, they were available to answer questions and talk me through anything I wasn't sure about. I replaced all four plugs and coils, and the car runs smooth now. What impressed me most is that they didn't just sell me parts and send me on my way. They took time to educate me and answer my questions and make sure I understood, and it was honestly an awesome customer service experience. I'm sure they saved me a lot of money, and that's the kind of service that makes me want to come back to this AutoZone.

So at this point he didn't use anything of his own. Turned out we couldn't get it started due to rust build-up on the jumper cables which took him 5 seconds to scrape off.
