In today's society, everyone promises great customer service, but most fall very short. I just purchased a 2019 Winnebago Horizon 42Q and had the most exceptional experience. The Motorcoach Store in Bradenton, FL provided the best customer service and hospitality we have ever experienced. From my 1st text conversation with the owner Bradley Twait, I knew we were in good hands. When we arrived in Florida to pick it up on Dec 4th, we were picked up at the airport in an elegant executive conversion van, wow! Our coach was detailed and looked fantastic. We were introduced to Bobby who is Service Manager for the store. He explained that during their extensive PDI and service process an issue with a slide motor had developed. The correct remedy was to order a new slide motor unit. He was waiting to hear back from the manufacturer and hoped it would be in the following day. We then spent the remainder afternoon with Richie who did a very comprehensive walk through. He went system by system, starting outside and working our way inside the coach. We have owned class A Motorhomes in the past, but this is our first diesel pusher. That being said there are many differences and lots to learn. They offered to lend us a vehicle while we were there, I was shocked when they pulled up a new GMC pick up and handed us the keys. We went out to a nice dinner and came back exhausted from the flights in to Florida. One side of our sleep number air mattress had a leak. It presented itself when weight was on the bed. The next morning, I told Richie & Bobby what happened. They immediately checked and diagnosed the issue. the remedy is to replace the air bladders, they immediately ordered them. The slide manufacturer informed Bobby that the motor would not arrive until Tuesday 12/10. Unfortunately, we needed to be home in Arizona for the 10th, we had planned on leaving to drive our Coach home on the 5th to arrive before the 10th. Bradley, Kevin & Bobby offered to deliver the Coach to us at our home in Arizona at no charge, another wow moment. The entire staff go way above & beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Where you buy your Coach is as important as what you buy. Honesty, Integrity, Service & Hospitality are the major components of a great buying experience. Seldom, if ever do you experience all of them simultaneously. In the past 35 years of owning motorhomes & luxury vehicles , we have had many purchase experiences. Most have ranged from neutral to very disappointing. Our most recent previous experience was with a Class C Diesel motorhome purchased new in 2023 from a big box store. It was a nightmare experience. So when I say where you buy from is very important, I mean it As we fly home to Arizona this evening, I am reflecting on the past 48 hours. Anything can experience mechanical issues, motor coaches are not exempt. How an issue is handled is what is important. The professionalism exhibited by the entire staff of The Motorcoach Store and the willingness to make it right, was beyond 5 star, it sets a new standard by which everything else will now be measured. We will excitedly await the delivery of our Coach, relaxed knowing that it will arrive with all the correct equipment with everything functioning properly. Peace of mind is priceless. If you want the best selection of Coaches in exceptional condition and an experience 2nd to none, check them out. Thank you Bradley, Kevin, Bobby, Tori, Alexis, Richie & the entire staff for all of your kindness & hospitality. It is very appreciated. Special thanks to Andrew Steel for taking time to visit and speak with us, we have watched your videos for years. You provide great, honest reviews in a format that is enjoyable to watch.

Great but on a used very clean coach from Motorhome Store

Brad Twait and group are first class. Personalized service is first rate. Bought our Motorhome here in Aug 2021 and are loving the coach and lifestyle.

I have had nothing but problems. I was repeatedly told that my warranty on the total vehicle started the day that I purchased it. Surprise, first time I went to RAM dealer I was told that I did not have a basic warranty so I got to pay for it myself. Gerzeny's , David Hekes, told me that he would get the warranty in place and pay for my repair bill. A month and a half later neither has taken place. I am going back to the RAM dealer and again I will get to pay for it myself. Gerzeny's are either incompetent or a bunch of liars. I believe a bit of both. Had I known that it was a 2022 vehicle I would not have bought it. The service department does not return calls. I left a message Friday, Saturday and Monday. No call back. I actually had to drive down on Tuesday, from Bradenton since they would not return a call. I have a ceiling leak behind the microwave. After 8 days they said they could not duplicate the problem. Did they remove the microwave and look at the water stains and damp wood? No. Go anyplace but Gerzeny's. Upfront lies, hide the truth, incompetent and just plain crappy service. Did I mention that I paid $3,000 to have a coating put on my van ? No, well, so far they have had to redo it 3 times. What a lousy experience !!!

The camper should have come with a backup camera monitor and they swear it doesn't come with it and won't give it to us. We bought the extra warranty and they said absolutely nothing was covered. Miserable experience all the way around. Do not recommend.

I contacted Suncoast Vans (SV) in May for a RV conversion of my Ford Transit cargo van to begin my…read moretravel by August 1, 2022. My partner died suddenly late-March. I want to spread his ashes along the route we planned together, and take his labradoodle, Buddy, to visit his 92-year-old mother in Vancouver, WA. We had sourced and purchased most of the components, bunk windows, Victron electronics, Battleborn batteries, Dometic fridge/freezer, lights, fixtures, sink, fresh & grey tanks, pump & accumulator, water heater.. MaxxAir, hatch/sunlight, Espar, seat swivels, roof rack, all already installed. Plus-nuts, 1/4-20, bolts stainless fasteners, t-nuts for modular roof rack, wire, lugs, fuses, we were beginning our build and we had stocked up. Our prototype was built, layout was final. SV needed to measure prototype to be sure toilet fit into the toilet drawer, paddle boards fit under bed/through the hallway, bike would fit into garage. Rob Thorington, an owner of SV, replied that they had a slot open because their next client's van had been delayed. SV could begin my build "right away." He provided me an estimate and contract for a full conversion (960 hours plus materials) of $54.5k, and agreed explicitly to deliver my conversion no later than August 1. May 14, I signed our agreement and transferred my deposit of $25k to SV. SV picked up my van to begin my build right away, however, SV took my van to a friend's house and stored my van in a driveway for four weeks and did not bring my van into their shop until June 13. June 15, I expressed concern about meeting August 1, 2022. Rob assured me I would have my van "by 8/5, 8/7 at the latest." July 21, Rob required another $13.5k deposit. The contract outlined that I was to pay 50% upfront and the balance upon completion of my van. Rob explained because all cabinetry would be installed completely early the following week, he needed me to pay another deposit and July 22 I paid SV another $13.5k, total payments to SV now $38.5k. As of 9/7, cabinetry is not installed completely, drawers are the wrong size, toilet drawer has no face, upper cabinets are not complete, pocket holes and screw heads showing everywhere, there are no locks, magnetic or otherwise, on the drawers or cabinets, so drawers are taped shut with blue tape, upper cabinets do not have gas struts, you have to hold cabinet up/open or will drop shut while you get/put anything out/in. Bed platform and cabinets are built too low, sink is top mounted not under mounted to fit height of toilet in drawer below, paddle boards no longer fit. SV did not build to the measurements of our prototype. When SV failed to provide 3D renderings promised in their Our Process page, I provided drawings and photos, including drawer sizes. SV did not follow. August 30, Rob admitted SV did not begin work on my van until June 25, 6 weeks after they picked up my van in May. SV missed deadlines of 8/1, 8/5, 8/7, 8/18 and on 8/25, Rob told me one SV builder quit in June and the second builder left on 8/23. Rob said he did not know when my van would be completed, he needed a sheet metal guy to fix the cuts and someone to install the windows. I found another shop to repair and install the windows and diagnose electrical and water systems. The new builder was able to install the windows. Now, I will need to take my van to a body shop for repairs to paint around the failed window cuts by SV. Someone else reviewing his work upset Rob. My van conversion is less than half-built and much will need to be redone. My total paid of $38,550 is 75% of SV contract amount to complete. I have incurred thousands in repairs to work completed by SV and thousands more will be required. Rob has terminated our contract, put an attorney in touch with me, and is demanding I pay him another $5k. Suncoast Vans is falsely advertising that they have THREE builders. There were TWO builders and now only ONE builder, Rob, owner of Suncoast Vans. Do not trust Rob Thorington of Suncoast Vans. I did and it is costing me dearly and I have had to cancel my trip.

Five-Star Service from Start to Finish - Highly Recommend By the Bay RV Mobile Repairs!…read more We recently had the pleasure of working with By the Bay RV Mobile Repairs, and we cannot say enough great things about the experience. From the moment we reached out, they responded immediately, and scheduling was fast and incredibly easy--a rarity in the world of mobile RV service. Upon arrival, Jeff and his wife made an outstanding first impression. They arrived on time in a clean, beautifully branded service vehicle, and set up a professional sandwich board to signal their presence. Both wore professional uniforms, which added to our confidence in their professionalism and attention to detail. We had three separate issues, and they handled each one flawlessly. The most urgent was a sudden failure of our Solara awning on our Grand Design Toy Hauler 5th Wheel. While we were relaxing in the main salon, we heard a loud bang--the awning had snapped and separated from the end cap due to a substandard screw from the factory. Jeff immediately diagnosed the issue and performed a superior repair using proper rivets, which is what the manufacturer should have done in the first place. This wasn't just a fix--it was an upgrade in safety and quality. In addition to the awning, they resolved two other issues with equal care and expertise. We were so impressed with their knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism that we scheduled them to return and service all three of our HVAC units. It's important to note that By the Bay RV holds all the proper certifications and licenses, including insurance, propane repair certification, and a valid business license--something every RV owner should confirm before allowing any work to be done. We've attached photos of their work, their service vehicle, and the team in action to show the high standard they bring to every job. We highly recommend By the Bay RV Mobile Repairs for any and all of your RV service needs. Professional, reliable, responsive, and truly experts in their field. We wouldn't trust our rig with anyone else. -- Grand Design 5th Wheel Owner
