He got this done very fast. Dmitri offered to inspect further. He lifted up the car and we seen much more damage. Shocks were bad, upper and lower control arms were bent. We ordered all the parts and scheduled another appointment and he replaced it all very nicely. After a few weeks my rear differential also went out. He did excellent work installing a new one and an axle. I highly recommend DMS Motors to anyone. Dmitri is knowledgeable and makes sure everything is done correctly. He even gave me a ride to my house while my car was broken. Prices are fair. These jobs are not fun to do myself.

I arrived at approximately 5:09 PM, and the shop was already closed. There was no one available, no way to speak to anyone, and no reliable way to get updates or access my vehicle. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. I presented a car that was left sitting for an extended period of time and requested to get it looked over to see if it would be safe enough to drive over 800 miles away. I was presented with a reasonable list of repairs and maintenance items. Although I chose to do some of the work myself to save money, I was not treated any differently. After the repairs were complete I unfortunately experienced an issue that caused the car to not start properly. I panicked and had the car towed back to the shop instead of leaving. While reviewing the business card that the service advisor provided to me, I learned that I had "24 Hour access to the Owner". I called Danny at 10PM and left a voicemail, just after leaving the voicemail he returned my call. He eased my mind and suggested the fix was probably a simple fix. I eagerly waited for the shop to open and consulted with the service advisor. The shop promptly addressed an oversight where a technician forgot to tighten some bolts, which resulted in an engine grounding issue. Management immediately admitted fault, resolved the problem without charge, and got me back on the road again. I was able to make it the full 800 miles without issue. I very much appreciate the candor and the understanding of Beiler's Auto Repair. If I were in Sarasota, I would suggest them to others.

Our car was having problems on a Saturday evening. We managed to make it home and the next day I…read morestared to look around for a mechanic. I used my diagnostic tester to try to determine what the problem was. The tester indicated that there was a misfire in one of the cylinders. I finally reached Cruz Auto Repair in the late afternoon. Corey replied back that he could come to the house between 6 & 8 that evening (Sunday). Corey came at about 6:45 and immediately began to diagnose the issue and found that the cylinder had a bad spark plug. We talked about a price and I decided to have Corey change all the plugs. which he did. running a test again, he found that one of the coils was also bad. Since it was late at night, after 8 PM and the auto parts store was closed, we discussed a price and agreed that Corey would come back the next morning with a new replacement coil. Corey came back the next morning and replaced the coil and now the car is working just fine. From the start, Corey showed knowledge of auto repairs, did exactly what he said he would do for the price that he quoted each time. I would highly recommend Cruz Auto Repair for all repairs.
