The prices were better here than auto zone but the guy at the register was very verbal on me coming last minute. I didn't ask for my car to break down on a Friday evening, so that's the only reason why I'm giving them a 4 star rating. After getting me situated, the guy was done within 10 mins. Quick and easy payment, my car was right there, and no one was in the shop. I never expect chick-fil-a customer service when I go to places, but I was here an hour before closing, not 15 minutes.

A simple problem required a couple of minutes of one of (2) store associate's time and neither one of these "knuckleheads" bothered to come outside and diagnose my problem. He lied and said he would be out to help me but never came out. I went back inside and of course you guys wanna play the old disappearing game. No problem I gave them there screwdriver's back and went to another Advance Auto closer to my neighbor where they're used to dealing with PEOPLE LIKE ME. I called ahead to make sure this shop had time to complete repairs for inspections. They told me to drop the car the next day at 9AM. I did but didn't hear anything for two whole business days. Three hours after I had followed up, Joe calls me to actually do a consultation on what was needed. He clearly had not even looked at my car and told me I would not get it back for two more days. When I said this was unacceptable and that he should have told me some time in the last two days, he bullied me with gaslighting (insulting my parents??) and demanded that if I did not what I was doing at 8 PM on a Friday to get my car immediately, he would have my car impounded. I bought the Groupon and called to make an appt. The gentleman who assisted me was very nice. He collected all of my information and gave me the desired appt that I wanted. I showed up to my appt on 10'11'25 as scheduled. I was running 10 minutes behind. Gladly/ sadly Meineke was running a lot further behind. My appt was 8am, I arrived at 8:10am, left at 9:50am. That was almost 2 hours but it was ok. This place was super busy. The gentleman checking folks in was nice and thorough. They have a coffee/ tea beverage station, plenty of seating options, exposed sockets to charge devices as needed, and a super clean bathroom. There was also a flat screen tv on the wall to watch. The shows were home and garden type shows/ animal planet. They kept my interest. I would use this place again. Customer service wins each time!!

Just know Prince (the mechanic) is so knowledgeable and hands down the best at his craft. Him and Ogenchi called and talked me through the problems/issues and provided their recommendations. I concurred with their recommendations and just know a few days later I was picking up my truck that was previously struggling when it was towed there from the beginning. Throughout the entire process I became overwhelmed and frustrated because the previous auto shop also messed up a few things on my truck, but Prince and Ogenchi reassured me I was in good hands like Allstate and guess what they stood on all ten feet when it came to fixing my issues. They definitely don't okay about the business they run. They made me so comfortable and removed all my worries and frustration. They even prayed with me that all my issues would be resolved and that I would be happy once they completed the repairs. They are now my new auto mechanic family.
