Decided to wait on my review and see how my hair is going to be after 2 weeks. So I purchased Groupon and then came in. Was told that I need to buy 10 more fouls since Groupon only covers 12. So I did purchase more. Doesn't help since Half of my head doesn't have balayage, she dye it just on the inside on the outside my hair is all dark. Then I asked her to make it where it wouldn't be brassy/copper/orange, since I hate it. Little thing you know 2 weeks later my hair looks like a penny. Cheap and orange. Not only that my hair was damage so badly every time I brush all my " orange hair" stay in the brush. It breaks off. I bought a Groupon deal and had 1pm appointment with Danielle today. I am 99% on time on my appointments because that is the basic respect to give others. I arrived at 12:45pm, a person said hi when I walked in. I asked for Danielle. She said OK, please wait. So I did and until 1:15pm, Danielle did not come and let me know what is going on for being 15 minutes late already. I walked towards the first person there to ask for Danielle, she said she was Danielle. So she saw me all this time waiting and never came to let me know she is going to be late??? I told her I have 1pm appointment with her and it is now 1:15pm. She said she knows and she will be done soon. I asked her how much longer, she said 5-10 minutes. I waited for her and at 1:20pm, she said now she is ready for me. I told her that was a long wait and she should have come acknowledge I am there and let me know she was going to be that late. She said "I already apologized" with an attitude. No where does she feel that was the basic work ethic to let clients know she was going to be late. I told her, forget it and left the store. I've called Groupon to let them know what happened and requested refund. Groupon said it was final sale. Groupon has been great to refund things like this in the past. Now, it seems like they don't care about consumers anymore. I will call my credit card company to report this and get my refund back. read more

The service I received was a Brazilian gloss keratin smoothing treatment which had a failure of an outcome . I arrived and the place is pretty nice the girls are very nice as well. If my hair would be a bit decent I would have loved this place. Unfortunately my hair looks super frizzy. I washed my hair 30 hrs after since I was advised to wash it after 24 hrs. Well I washed it with a sulfate free shampoo like recommended. And when my hair started to get dry it looked puffy frizzy and most definitely not Straight. This was upsetting because I did pay 99$ and for this amount I wish my hair would have been nice for at least the weekend . I've read reviews on grupon and some ladies that had the same procedure done did not see any difference in their hair... read more

Worst salon Experience! I purchase balayage highlights and cut ($200 value) on Groupon and change to toning hair color & cut (took less than 1 hour and cost less than $95) Before we started the owner told me I will get money back which I was going to use toward tipping the stylist. Upon finish I did not get my difference but instead the owner began to yell at me for using Groupon which was how I came to know her salon. She went off on me about losing 40% profit to them which has nothing to do with me or her stylist. Long story short don't support owner who don't know the difference from marketing fees and treating their employees & customer with respect. read more

I came into my appointment on time but was placed with another stylist because the one I had my appointment with double booked and was not available for me. I just went last week to get a haircut and balayage with the Groupon. I won't throw the stylist under the bus but if you don't know how to blend colors correctly maybe stick to regular highlights. I called her out on it and she said I need to pay $40 more to darken the top to correct it and blend it in but why if you messed it up? That is unnecessary if you did the job correctly the first time. The bleached part of my hair was a straight line across, I had to go to the beauty supply to get more dye to try and correct it myself. I will never go there again. read more

Angie is the BEST. She's so much the best that I'm reluctant to actually SHARE that she's the best. If everybody knee, it'd get tougher to book an appointment. But seriously, Adore deserves all the business it can handle and more. My hair is always perfect when I leave. Seriously. It's notable because I have pretty frustrating curly hair. I have been going to Adore since they opened. In fact I was using Monica well before the salon opened and followed her over there. I became a customers of Monica while she was randomly placed to cut my hair at a different salon. Monica took her time (even though that salon was not one that is known for "high quality" cuts), made sure I liked my cut at the end, kept up casual conversation to make me feel comfortable and charge me a reasonable price at the end of the cut. I feel like these four bullet points could be the motto of the salon. I have since convinced my fiance to start using the salon and she recently went in for a "brazilian blow out". Not sure exactly what it is but the lady that did it did a WONDERFUL job and her hair has never looked so good. If you are looking for a great cut (I should know seeing as how I am the son of a barber), friendly atmosphere (where you dont have to listen to some stylist's baby mama drama) and a good price this is the place to be! read more

This picture was taken TWO years ago. I recently found this picture, and just thought I'd share my experience with this salon. I purchased a cut and partial highlight from Groupon at a good price, and I went on the morning of my 19th birthday to redeem this Groupon. I thought I'd treat myself. The actual process was enjoyable, but at one point I did notice that it seemed that she was just, snipping at any and every chunk of hair she could grab.. I ignored it, as she is a professional who knows what she is doing. She soon colored it, then dried and styled it with a curler, and I was so happy with the outcome! I loved it! Got a couple compliments when I went out to dinner with my bf that night. The next day and I decide I wanted to straighten my hair. I straighten it to find this choppy mess of a haircut.. I was so close to crying as I was getting ready to go out for the evening to continue my birthday celebrations. I was horrified. I had to wear my hair in a curled pony tail to hide the choppiness ... I went back the next day to have it re cut with the same stylist scared for my hairs life. She snipped away, and her friend was there even saying it was a bad job. They laughed, as they did the whole time when I was in the chair about other things. After she finished, my hair was better but still sloppy. I left anyway, and went home and had my mom fix it even more. Since this incident I have Yet to go to ANY stylist because I'm scared. I'm not saying "don't come here" because I CAN see that the stylist I had DOES do beautiful work.. but, just not on me I guess. Just wish it was as beautiful when straight, as it was curled. Monica is fantastic! I have gone ever since my fiance started me with her. i was having trouble with coloring at another very well known salon and wasn't getting the result that I wanted. I figured I might as well try his girl... and I haven't looked back since. Monica is fantastic with my color and my cuts are always top notch. I even get compliments on my hair weeks after I have gotten the color done. Her salon has been growing and every time I go in there is another service they are adding on. I did recently get the brazilian gloss/blow-out and I love it. If you want to feel comfortable and at home with your stylist, this is the place to go. This was by far the worst haircut I've ever gotten, I have been so upset. I went in to redeem my groupon for a simple cut. I had long hair and just wanted to get a simple shoulder length cut, no layers, just straight cut. I read the reviews and everyone kept posting about the same girl and decided to get an appointment with her. She was very nice and did her best but my hair is so uneven. On one side, she put "layers" and left less hair than the other side. And the back looks like my 7 year old could've done a better job. The mistakes are so obvious and she cut it so short, I can't fix it without coming out with the same haircut as Johnny Dep in the Willy Wonka movie.
