The wait was minimal, 10 mins for a technician to become available. Good selection of nail polishes, mainly DND, lacking in OPI availability. I got Chi who did a wonderful and thorough job on the Signature Spa Pedicure w/Cucumber Fresh Scent $57. It included 10 minutes feet massage and 5 mins shoulder massage, along with paraffin wax. My feet felt pampered by the time I left. I was given 10% discount in my first visit, even got a free rose cuticle oil as a gift! I'll be back next time I'm in the area!

I went in for a shellac pedicure and a short almond builder-gel French manicure. The services came to $164, and I paid $187 including tip. I was told the pedicure was $65, so the manicure came to about $100. My complaint is about the manicure, not the pedicure. Jennifer was great. During the first attempt, Kimmi cut my thumb. The nails were also different lengths, the base looked clear near the bottom, and I could see white spots through the pink. I raised my concerns during the appointment. The owner stayed late to adjust the nails and added tips to two that were too short. I arrived around 5:30 p.m. and left at almost 8:30 p.m. I waited, talked with her, and still tipped because I appreciated her effort. After the adjustment, I was still unhappy with the finished set. The builder gel looks thick and bulky from the side, the shapes and lengths don't look consistent to me, and the French tips vary. I'm posting photos of the first attempt and clearer photos of the finished nails taken four days later. When I called back, I was told they had already tried their best. The owner said she had asked me how things looked throughout the appointment. I appreciate the time she spent trying to fix them, but being polite and tipping didn't mean I was happy with the result. After four years as a customer, I expected a cleaner manicure at this price.

Everyone was very friendly and was promoted quickly to my chair for my mani. My manicurist was nice but did not seem like an expert in nails. She did not use a brush with acetone to clean up my nails and unfortunately my fault i did not really check until i got to my car. The color is beautiful but for 80 dollars for mani/pedi with regular polish i expect it to be flawless. Again partially my fault for not really looking. Also the towels, foot scrub was nice. The massage so-so. Would i come back maybe. *i do have a messed up nail thumb which does have very bad ridges but as you can see theres one spot that doesn't really have polish on it. I was charged $75 for a refill with cat-eye polish, even though I already had my nails on. The service was just a basic fill, removal of the previous polish, and cat-eye gel. I did not add length -- I actually shortened them, which makes the price even harder to justify. For that price, you would at least expect the design to be consistent, but the cat-eye effect wasn't even uniform across the nails. The whole service felt very rushed, like they were just trying to get it done as quickly as possible. The bigger issue for me was the customer service from the receptionist, Amy. I've encountered her before at another Aura location and stopped going there because the quality became inconsistent. When I called to make the appointment, the information about closing times and last appointments was contradictory, and the tone of the conversation already felt irritated. When I arrived and when I was checking out, the interaction was very abrupt and unfriendly. There was no warmth or basic customer service, which really affects the overall experience. To make matters worse, even after being charged $75 for a rushed and inconsistent refill, I still generously tipped. At this point, these prices for the level of service provided are just getting out of hand. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

Theres a full service bar that offers fun drinks like lychee margaritas and the most delicious Vietnamese coffee. They have an amazing loyalty system that allowd you to keep track of your exact colors through their system and you also gain points everytime you go!! If you pay in cash you get DOUBLE points. We love that. Second, the space is absolutely beautiful, clean, calming and spacious relaxing environment. The massage chairs had option for heated massage rollers which is great for someone like me who is constantly cold with AC. And the chairs are brand new and COMFORTABLE. This space is so luxurious and welcoming with the bar in the center. Theres also sections so for our large group of 8 we felt like we had privacy. Lasly, the nail service is outstanding. All of our girls left satisfied with their service which is hard to do with a big group of 8. All of our nails turned out perfect and they checked in on us frequently with a friendly demeanor and made sure all of our needs were attended to and met. I had a complimentary drink and enjoyed my chair massage. I really liked the decoration and I appreciate the fact that there are no TVs hanging all over the walls, sometimes that can be overstimulating but here it was just perfect to relax and unwind. First time having a guy do my nails, but his technique was very good, and my nails lasted a full 3.5 weeks before they started to peel (and after an Alaska cruise). Typically, they may last 2 weeks. Shellac mani cost me $32, and it was well worth it. Highly recommend Binh. It was kind of busy on a Friday, so maybe make an appt if they take them?
