We asked for two gel manicures, one for myself and one for my daughter. When we went to pay, my manicurist checked us both out at the register, but noticed an additional $15 charge from my daughter's manicurist. She went to ask what it was for, and the other lady came to the front, shooed her away and gave me the total. I asked her why the charges were an odd number and she said she added a $5 charge for the "shape" she decided to give my daughter's nails. She didn't ask us about it while she was doing it. This is totally a scam at the register by this one bossy lady to get more money out of her customers, and I'm sure she was hoping nobody would notice the additional $15 in the first place. I got an acrylic full set and my nail tip isn't even glued onto my nail bed, it is lifted. Along with the fact my cuticles are not even CUT or trimmed. My pedicure was rushed and I paid 170$ for my feet to not even be soft. They charged for removal of paint and they charged for a nail color which is ridiculous. I waited over 30 minutes to get my pedicure when there was no one being serviced throughout the store. Would not recommend going here, overpriced and honestly the quality is not worth the prices. read more

Adore Nail Spa is absolutely gorgeous! The entire place is darling. Super hip, super modern, super gorgeous! Great place to have group functions and they have a ton of pedi stations and mani stations. Kristyne, the manager is an Angel. She has the best customer service and made my friend and I feel welcomed. She offered us water and treats. For the cost structure, they have different services to choose from and then for every nail design and every additional color it cost more. Can't wait to come back. read more

Me and a group of our girls went. By far the best ambiance I have felt from a nail salon. My girl got her eyebrows waxed as well and they did such a great job that I regretted not getting them done myself. The staff overall seemed very nice, they were extremely fast which was surprising. There was a total of 4 of us and we were done within an hour. That's hands and toes done. There spa chairs were freaking amazing!!! Best massage chairs ever!!!4 stars only because I personally did not care for the older lady that did my hand nails. She didn't take the paint off the side of my fingers. read more

The first time I visited they changed me for the most expensive pedicure when I got the mid level pedicure. Called to get it fixed and they said when I come in next they would take care of it. When I came in and told them they proceeded with the pedicure. The lady was extremely rough. I've had a lot of pedicures and it was the most rough one I've ever had, not comfortable in any way. When I paid they charged me for the service with the discount. I paid a very generous tip. As I'm leaving they come running out to my car telling me they forgot to charge for the gel, and requested additional money after I was already in the car. This was not the best customer service in my opinion. I went to give them a second chance and it ended up being a worse experience than the first time. There are plenty of good salons out there that are a lot less, as this one is very pricey. read more

I emailed the nail salon early to see if they could do a design on my nails. They acquiesced and sent me what the price would be. I set up an appointment with Nina. Nina did a fantastic job. The design was ombré with some gold flakes and required a little bit of work. I was impressed that she tested the design on a few tips before actually painting my nails first. We went back and forth on color to try to get the right level of ombre. She was very deliberate and meticulous and trying to make it look as close to the picture as possible. Again she just did a fantastic job and I definitely will be back. This one has only been open for a few months and hopefully it stays open for a long time. Very nice people read more

They took advantage of my 13 year old getting her nails done alone. She went in and got a full set put on!!!! They charged her for a nail shape change and for long nails. I understand if she didn't like a shape they shaped at first, but to charge her for a shape she requested in the first place is ridiculous. Then, they charged her for "long nails". Those are typical length for women who get their nails done. I've been to this nail salon before and they've NEVER charged me for those before!!!!! Everrr!!! Then she said she wanted to leave a 10$ dollar tip.... They added an extra 8.95!!!! The design charge, I understand, but for length AND shape?!?!! You gotta be kidding me! Thank you much for blocking my # for reasons I have no idea why, and when asking the manger about the situation he played like he didn't understand me as he and my nail tech Nina was chatting about something I'm sure was what I was asking about..I have found another nail salon that I'm much more pleased with & their customer service has been much better communication and answering questions and not leaving me in the dark so for me it was a benefit to be blocked & leave for whatever reason on your part, THANKS you for the most rude way you could possibly let a client walk away by ignoring them without being willing to answer unknown questions... when you act like you don't understand English and you speak it all day long and answer the phone in English while was sitting there getting my nails phone was ringing occasionally u were answering and taking appointments. Thanks for doing me a favour and blocking my # found much nicer salon & one who's willing commutation with there clients much more clients. No one has reached out to see if they could do anything to be of benefit to me.. on problem so thanks for your lack of communication and costumer care!! read more
