Manicure and Pedicure This is my $31 manicure I had done a few hours ago I had to stop and buy nail polish remover, clear polish and a file. So I can do my own nails tomorrow. I hadn't been here before and was looking for somewhere I could go on a regular basis. The person the did my nails for over 10 years is nowhere to be found. I'm a trained hairdresser and part of my training was manicure. I had old clear polish on my nails and as you can see it wasn't removed. Base coat was put on over the old polish and that was the end of my manicure. My cuticles needed to be pushed back and my nails are filed crooked. The salon was immaculately clean, it was designed beautifully. I love how they have a complimentary drink menu that they show you after they walk you to your seat. The colors are in one big menu like container. These amenities come with a price though, it was $72 with tip for an acrylic fill with gel. I'm typically not charged for a deep c curve as the paint because it's super straight forward, but they charged $15 for that. I would go back because it's so close to my house depending on how the nails wear and if they don't lift. I appreciated how much time the nail tech took in ensuring any and all lifting was sanded off. read more

I got my gel nails removed yesterday and my nails are left super tender and red and when my finger nails touch anything there's a zinging pain. The man who removed them sanded into my real nails way too deep. I have not had this happen at other nail salons and when I called to address my concerns and receive a refund, they said that was normal and that they do not offer refunds at their salon. They used to be good but today a guy did by pedicure half assed I felt I was intruding on his time he was watching TV while doing my nails did a horrible job, and he went off did another person's pedi and just left me sitting there. Didn't even check on me until I said something then tried to fix the nails used a reg heater to try to dry the nails what a joke I think the school would be better.. I took my granddaughter and my daughter to get our nails done and we had the worst service ever. They were so careless with all three of us I was disgusted to pay over $160. They polished my nails before they even did a massage or the wax as a result she had to take my polish off and re-polish the nails. My daughter was waiting for somebody to do her nails so we were there for a long time. And they really So careless with my granddaughter that I have to take her somewhere else to redo her toes. This was my first time going here. I was so impressed. My pedicure looks perfect and Tracy took the time to clean up my cuticles. She even suggested a color change when my original choice was coming out clear. She was also just the right amount of friendly. I tend to like to sit back and not talk. She started conversation, but took my cue with how much I wanted to talk. I've gone to other places and have never had a regular salon, but I will be back for sure. read more

I'll definitely be back. They were quick to get me in (I did call ahead). I fully plan to always wait 15 min or so, you never know how they will be finishing with other people. Staff is super nice and very professional. The gal that did my pedicure was very thorough and they always do a good job with gel toes. I love that I love so close and it is reasonably priced. I called several days in advance to book an appointment for pedicures for my daughters wedding for 4 people . We came in at the schedule time . They were busy helping other people . After 10 mins they seated us . 2 of us got helped right away and were getting their feet soaking . My daughter & I sat waiting for 30 mins without having our feet soaking just sitting in the chairs . They kept taking other people for nail services even though they were closing in an hour . They finally came to help me . The pedicure was Ok not much time spent on me at all . My daughter got helped after me . Her pedicure from start to finish was 10 mins it was very rushed . Very disappointing . Our feet still felt rough. The nails were painted good. My other 2 daughters got the gel polish and were given much more attention & a longer pedicure . Luckily the brides pedicure was nice & looked good . She was happy with hers. I feel like we didn't get the time or service we paid for . It should have been a nice relaxing experience & it was not . I think they need to manage their customers better & provide a quality pedicure for all not just some . I don't think I would go back there & would not recommend them for large groups read more

I came here with my friend the first time & my gel manicure was beautiful. Lasted me 3 weeks without any issues so I came back! I came back by myself after work for a pedicure & gel manicure. The pedicure sucked! Charged me $40 to cut my nails ugly short & only rub lotion on my legs. No massage, nothing. Not only that but they decided what a great idea it would be to do my gel while doing my pedicure. Powder, nail clippings & skin clippings were all over my lap & shirt. I was literally in & out within 30 minutes. No one asked how I was doing, if I liked the color, what shape I wanted, nothing. I was just a product on a production line. They were very clean and followed all the guidelines for covid-19. I was so happy with the nails they did. Went in today for a pedicure, the menu said $29 and would take 30 min. She gave me some nails samples to pick out a color. It took a total of 15 min to do the pedicure and when I went to pay they added an additional $15 for gel. I said she never told me about that. They didnt care. Was the worst pedicure I have ever had. No foot rub nothing, just a quick trim and polish that was it. 15 min what a joke. And they are very rude. They dont even pretend to be courteous. read more

Very disappointed in the Deluxe pedicure. It was suppose to be a 40 minute pedicure and I was done in 20 minutes. She cut my nails way to short and I was told it was my fault for not telling the technician to not cut them short. She did one coat of polish and there was polish everywhere on my feet. She was even laughing about my feet to her co worker. I don't appreciate that. And they wouldn't do anything to make the customer happy. Would not recommend. And will not be going back. read more

I'll never go back. I live around the corner from this place yet for the past two years, I have driven to Pella Nails in Sandy to get my regular pedicure. Today, I figured, why go way out of my way to get my nails done when there is what looks to be a pretty decent establishment less then 2-minutes from my house? I thought I would give Hawaii Nails II a shot and I realize now, I should have stuck with old trusty. Coming from LA (yes, I always feel I need to compare my spa nail experience to whatever mediocre, but functional, service I received in LA), I always have low expectations in getting my nails done. To disappoint those expectations usually equates to a significantly bad experience which was my experience today. The girl who worked on me barely just touched each nail with each of her tools without really doing anything to them. She gave a decent massage that lasted longer than I expected, but did more slapping and pounding than anything really enjoyable. And while the paraffin wax was a pleasant surprise, I have doubts that it was very effective considering it was on for less than a minute. Where I was really disappointed though was in the transaction. The price list indicates a pedicure to be "$25-20". Not sure what that means but I took it to indicated regularly it's $25, but they are offering it for $20. I had to have the girl clarify the price twice. She seemed to say $20 so I went with it. I asked if I could add the tip to the card. She said yes and processed the initial transaction. The price on the receipt said $25. I assumed I misheard her the previous two times, so I added my $4 tip, which is where I went wrong. I was bothered by the whole experience that I called to confirm the price. Previously, both as I walked in the door and as I sat in the chair, I confirmed that I only wanted the standard pedicure. When I called to confirm the price, I was told that standard price was $20. Still kind of dwelling on the experience I am irked because the girl didn't correct me as I wrote out a $4 tip on top of what she obviously assumed I was going to tip her $5 for a $20 service and I am irked that they didn't offer decent customer service nor understand the value of a positive first experience for a customer. Bottom line: I will never go back and I'd rather drive across town to get the service I prefer. read more
