Funny how there's either 5 or 1. I'll put it in the middle, if you're at the outlets and need to get ur nails done asap sure they'll get the job done but like the others say, it's rushed for no reason. I think this place has gone under new management but from the reviews seems the same experience? I went on Saturday around 4PM and there was only one other customer in there, not always the best sign. But was promptly greeted, I requested a regular gel mani and pedi and was motioned to their pedicure chairs, chairs and place is nice looking and looks to be clean. They had me sit right next to the one other guest, even though it's just us two in there. Then I was given the colors and menu, and an older gentleman began on the process. And he did well, didn't nip me once took a thorough job on the process and massage. Only 4 people working the store, the gentleman helping me then I'd guess his wife helping the person next to me, and then two younger employees daughter and friend maybe? After the wife finished the person next to me she then begins my nails as I'm in the chair, nice this should be quick. Quick it was, but was also a sloppy work, as mentioned didn't request me to wash my hands in between, no drilling, barely filed, skipping steps, didn't ask any feedback throughout the time and sure it's on me to speak up more. In between she's on the phone because she sent her younger employees to pick something up then letting them know it's the wrong thing when they get back, just a conversation meant elsewhere not in this small corner you put us in. Then she takes over for the gentleman on my toes and just is maning my feet around. Proceeds to offer me an empty bath and body works lotion for my hands, that I rub myself. Eventually we finish up, the nails don't look awful. $92.00 for both, so it is a little more expensive especially for the treatment. Offers me a flyer for 20% off next time, even though this time was my first time. Would I recommend no, if you're in a pinch sure! Oh the chairs for the nails are like bar chairs, I didn't have to sit in those since mine were done with my pedicure. Cool looking, hence the name but I couldn't imagine sitting in a chair like that for long especially for acrylics. read more

I needed to have my acrylic nails removed so I could do summertime things (play in the dirt, work on a car, etc.) so I stopped by Polish Nail Bar to get that taken care of. I had one nail that had bent back and was super painful. The nail technician noticed it immediately and was very careful when grinding the nail to not hurt me. The environment is very spa-like and tranquil. They have lots of massage chairs for pedicures-I didn't get to enjoy one this visit, but I'll be back in the future to enjoy them. read more

Such a great nail salon! They have a huge selection of colors, including so many of the newer/trending shades, which I love. I'm a big fan of DND polish and was so happy to see they carry a ton of DND colors. Ryan and Tien were both friendly, attentive, and detail oriented. Absolutely horrible customer service. Inspo picture was not completed as requested and it ended in a back and forth with the man who works at the salon. I scheduled two appointments for acrylics and pedicures--one for myself and one for my friend. Unfortunately, only I was helped. My friend waited for 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging her, so she eventually left. Despite my appointment including both acrylics and a pedicure, my pedicure was never started. I had asked for thin white French tips and even brought a reference photo. I mentioned multiple times during the service that I wanted them thinner, but the technician insisted they looked good. The result was thick, uneven nails with visible bubbling. When I politely asked for corrections, I was told it was "just my nail" and questioned about why I didn't like it. Additionally, the gel was cured to my skin, and when I asked for it to be cleaned up, I was met with resistance and told it looked fine. I was quoted $50, but was charged $65 for a set that was poorly done and not what I requested. To make matters worse, when my friend returned to pick me up, they finally asked if she was ready for her pedicure--far too late. I've never had such an unprofessional and disappointing experience at a nail salon. I'll attach a photo so you can see the result for yourself. read more

I came here for the first time on Labor Day to get a full set and a basic pedicure. They are brand new in the Herriman Mountain View Village shopping center. I thought they knocked it out of the park with my nails. I chose a dipped powder set. The pedicure was very relaxing and felt great. I've been to one of their sister salons in Park City. Both are decorated very nicely and elegantly. I would definitely come back. read more

I came in just for the basic spa pedicure. I received very high quality service, the staff was friendly and very welcoming. Upon requesting the basic spa pedicure I received a very long foot massage and was met with precision and care during my experience. I feel like normally other salons try to rush but they really took their time to make sure everything was right and looked amazing. It's just such a shame this new nail salon opened and they are slow with business. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the salon which I feel like is kind of hard to come by in other salons. Services are completely overpriced! A friend and I received a mani/pedicure, and we paid $250.00. We were nickel-and-dimed to death with horrible service. Both of our nail polishes lasted only a few days. It cracked or just came off when you put your hands in your pockets. This is not a salon I would return to or recommend. I've come to this location several times and today was extremely disgusting. I scheduled an appointment yesterday on 6/14 with Helen for 5:30pm. The young man sat me down and started the water. Helen literally by passed me for 30 minutes and took another client. When I finally asked if she would do my nails while mentioning that I was sitting there for 30 minutes, she said that she would not do my nails and ignored me. As the only Black person in the salon I felt discriminated against and extremely embarrassed. I've never in my 37 years felt so humiliated. I scheduled an appointment and drove all the way to the location just to be disrespected. I'm extremely disappointed and embarrassed at how she treated me. Also, none of the techs offered to step in. No one offered to help. The woman that she ignored me for and attempted to do her and her daughters nails was in shock and said she didn't want her to do her nails and left after apologizing to me. I am literally in my car crying because of how Helen treated me. Lastly, I've spent $100's at this location. I'm extremely upset and disappointed at how I was treated today. read more

After opening, this nail salon has gone down hill. I've been here 4 times. The first two times were great, and exceeded my expectations on nail art and quality. The past 2 times Mai Le did my nails, and I really wanted to like her. The 3rd time my nail art peeled off. I chalked it up to moisturizing my feet too much over the winter. It was painted on too thick. This past weekend I went in for my 4th time, hoping the previous time was a fluke. Nope. I had my nails painted with pink. I showed Mai Le my inspo picture and asked for pink gel with a half daisy. Mai Le clarified, which I appreciated. "just one daisy? only half?" I replied "yes, one half daisy like the picture but with pink nails." The picture is what I got. After. $130 plus tip, I went home and got into bed a few hours later, and 3 of the nails had peeled off. I waste of money. I'll end up fixing them myself because I will never go back. read more

Looks nice but service is rushed and for no reason cuz there were 4 techs there doing nothing and no one came in afterwards. Super expensive for less than average service. I paid $90 for a pedicure and gel manicure. Paint job not great, cuticle cut not great, service even worse. My tech seemed to hate his job.
