Took my 18m old golden Butters to see Dr Buzard. She needed some vaccines and had a small cut on one of her nipples she keeps scratching open. Due to some unfortunate experiences with our last vet and her being attacked by a unleashed dog she is fearful of strangers and not a fan of vet visits. The staff and Dr Buzard were incredibly patient and kind. She took her time and was very understanding of us trying to work on her gaining confidence again and didn't press when Butters was becoming a bit uneasy. She also gave me a couple tips/tricks and some info to continue working on it. I admittedly was nervous myself about the vaccines being administered. Butters has never bit anyone but I was worried she might be stressed and turn and snap when she got poked. Dr Buzard made it so much easier than I thought and Butters did great! We will definitely make this her permanent vet for any future visits! It was clear Dr Buzard was passionate and great at what she does. Made an appointment to bring my dog in for OFA radiographs with Dr Buzzard. The service starting with scheduling the appointment, to the front desk, the technician in the room and the Dr herself was amazing. They put me and my dog at ease. After taking my dog to my usual vet for over a year with the same symptoms, I took my daughters advice and went to Adobe Veterinary Clinic! On the very first visit, the proper test were ran and we found out she has Valley Fever! Not once had my previous vet (I've used this vet for over 16 years) recommend testing for Valley Fever! I'm so grateful that I took Lady to them! With the proper medicine I'm hoping she will recovery without any long lasting effects! This is the absolute most horrific place to take any pet - I see there's s place to add photos wish I had the photos the veterinarian "doctor" showed me when I went to pick up my baby- who had died the night before and they had the nerve to call me and tell me to come pick her up! do not use this facility if you've adopted a pet from the maricopa county animal shelter. they did not honor the free visit!!!!! I made the appointment the day after I picked my little dog up from being neutered. The girl that took my information on the phone never asked what my adoption date was. I took an appointment on the first day that was available. After I arrived with my dog and filled out their paperwork I was told they would not honor the free visit because it was past the 10 days. It had been 12 days since I filled out adoption paperwork, which was on a Saturday. My dog had to be neutered before I could take him home so I picked him up on Monday. My appointment at this facility was 10 days after the neuter when I officially took my dog home. These people care more about making money than the health of animals. Greg is personable and worked with me as I transitioned my pets' care away from Petsmart (for significant savings, I might add). I am happy to say that my tears have dried and my baby Toby(Wheaten Terrier is still by my side. I found myself in a state of panic when my boy wasn't able to walk and cried out in pain when I lifted him into the car. Upon arriving at the Adobe Veterinary Clinic Toby was quickly seen. The staff was kind, empathetic, and efficient. Toby was seen by Dr. Phil right away. Dr. Phil treated our boy with the utmost care and respect. After an exam, blood tests were administered to determine what may be wrong. Toby was kept comfortable with an IV drip until we could figure out the problem. Toby's case was not simple due to his symptoms and the results of his blood work. We were unable to take Toby home that night. Dr. Phil came back to his office that night to check on Toby. He called us to let us know about another test result that had come in and that he'd given Toby a steriod. The next day we met with Dr. Phil. He was so patient with our many questions and carefully explained the aftercare. He had his staff show us how to feed Toby and give him medication. We feel so grateful to have had Dr. Phil and his team looking after our baby and his parents who love him dearly. We would highly recommend Adobe Veterinary. I was totally panic stricken when my son who normally watches my dog Bling Bling was not able to watch her while I went out of town for a week for Thanksgiving . Because I was so happy with Dr. Phil as a veterinarian office I decided to give their boarding a try along with their grooming. I cannot say enough about this clinic. We recently adopted a puppy from a shelter and we quickly found out that he had Parvo. We were referred by the shelter to another vet and were pretty disappointed. Our little pup continued to get worse and they told us that the only chance for him to survive was to check him into a animal hospital and that it would cost between $3,000-$4,000 and there was still a good chance he would not survive. We decided to ask around for recommendations and it was the best decision we made. We were referred to this clinic by a friend and they are absolutely amazing! Their demeanor and genuine caring for our pup was a huge sense of relief. I was already trying to accept the fact that we may have to put him down. However, they were confident that they could help. Within 24 hours are working with them our puppy pulled a complete 180. He is doing fantastic. He is back to being a rambunctious puppy that keeps us on our toes. I took our new lab puppy in for his first vet visit and Dr. Phil was amazing! He gave him a thorough exam and explained lots of needed puppy information to me. He spent 45 minutes with me - no rushing and he answered all my questions. I am a past client when we had our last lab who passed away this past summer. We are back with our new lab because Adobe has always been reasonably priced, no rushed visits, and most importantly - they give honest opinions and recommendations. I came across this family of vets by pure accident, but I'm grateful everyday. We had 3 dogs. Just moved to town. They took us in and got my dogs all caught up on shots and off we went. A month later My mastiff got sick. I brought him in, and they treated the problem. With in a month he was ok, and then he got worse. I called them in a panic. They fit us right in, and it turned out it was cancer. They were the most respectful vets, gave us all options, and bc he was an older dog we decided to put him down. It was the hardest decision we had to make but we felt 100% supported and they were all the kindest souls to not just us but our Franco too. We were new to the area in June and shortly after got a new puppy in addition to our existing pup. We had been using the same vet for sometime in Phoenix but needed one closer to our new home. The Veterinarian's are brothers and all of them seem super knowledgeable and are really friendly, as is all of the staff. The office is very clean and welcoming; they are great at answering the phones and always manage to have availability for appointments. The prices are all fair and affordable! We got our puppy neutered there and was recommended to wait until he was six months because that way if they needed to pull any teeth they don't have to put them under twice (since by 6 months they should have lost all their baby teeth). This saved us money seeing that our pup did need to have his tooth pulled! I was very happy to feel that they were about the care of your pet and not the money. We brought our 9 years old Chihuahua to see Dr. Andrew because we think he had a stroke or some sort of neurological problem. My rating is mainly for the grooming on 02/28/19 of my longhair cat that was matted pretty bad. Dr. Phil was good for the pre-exam so I would give him at least 3 stars if not more. My recommendation is to not have your cat groomed/sheared with this groomer they have there. From this first time experience and results, I will never have my cat groomed again no matter how matted she may get. I will do the best I can by myself to cut the matts out. The groomer may be great with dogs though. I really regret having my cat groomed there and very disappointed with the results. Kevin S. read more

I brought my dog here when he was a puppy and the techs loved him! They played with him and really wound him up which I didn't have a problem with. Later they then treated me like a child & talked down to me when he was hyper&anxious & feisty when the vet came in! They told me it was my fault that he acts like this and I need to work harder at controlling my dog. When I told them I had never seen him act this way before & that I thought he was scared they seemed to dismissed my remarks. I stopped going and started going to Noes ark! After just 2 visits there it doesn't matter if he has to get shots or surgery he loves going and has never again acted that way again because they know how to handle dogs even if they are scared. read more
