I am very impressed with the level of service and the quality. I needed 10,000 raffle tickets printed in a rush. I actually intended for both a rush order and overnight shipping but I made a mistake and misread the required time to produce the tickets. Even with the rush order, I would have received the tickets a day late. However, the company jumped through hoops, produced the tickets a day ahead of their work schedule, shipped them overnight and I had the tickets in time. Have you had a company that would provide a service to you even during off business hour? I got just that. We were doing an Halloween event and we were short of tyvek wristbands. I call dozen places, and was driving all over Orange County looking for wristbands. I drove to Admit One Products out of desperation, and the door was locked because its a Saturday. They are closed on Saturday. I call them frantically and left a message hoping that someone would call back. Some one did. Her name is Joan. I ordered two sets of tickets from Admit One for our Relay for Life raffles. Their prices beat the competition hands down, and both sets arrived exactly when they were projected to arrive. They look professional and we couldn't be happier about the customer service. It did seem as though the price went up with the second set, especially the mailing, but it still was the cheapest around for sequentially numbered tickets with perforated stub and personalized info. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. They turned the San Diego Fair into a goat rodeo. They were in charge of online purchases of ride wristbands and screwed the fair royally. They had no wifi access to verify purchases and had clerks rifling through our personal emails only to not be able to scan or verify purchases. Instead, the fair staff finally relented and began writing sku numbers in paper since hundreds of kids were stuck in line due to Admit One Products' incompetency. This company is horrible and unreliable. Not sure why you would need them but surely there are more dependable companies out there that one could do business with. read more

I was looking for a quick and efficient company to do our school's annual gala raffle tickets. I looked for days on the internet and finally called them. Taylor took my frantic, last minute phone call on Tuesday--I needed Tyvek wristbands (1500 of them in various colors) in 24 hours. It was close to the end of the day, but he went into inventory and verified he had everything I needed in stock. Then he went to accounting to make sure everything ran through payment wised. And then he visited shipping (after asking them to wait for my order) to ensure it went out immediately. I received everything I ordered, on time, at a fraction of the cost I was going to pay at a party or office supply store--and none of them could have the wristbands to me on time!! What a phenomenal experience we had with Admit One Products! The ordering of our event bands through the website was fast, easy and accurate. The website also keeps you informed and up to date as to where the process of your order is. We placed a large order with Admit One Products and everything was fine until my husband called and said that he needed the event bands this week.
