I love this Adidas store for several reasons. One, they have a nice selection and variety of items. I've been to many stores that don't have much stuff or the items are all sold out. Here, they always have a good variety of new items and are always in stock. There's a nice selection of running great which I really like. Adidas makes some quality running clothes. Adidas shoes are great for any occasion. The cloud shoes are so light and comfortable. I own about 10 pairs of different Adidas shoes. What I miss though are the old school Superstars II. They look like the original shell toes but the bottom is different. I still own a pair but can't find them anywhere any more. The service here is great. Liked the gift return service - put cash on my card, as gift returner. Got 2 running shirts, 1 in salmon marked 50 percent off. Spectrum is amazing from an infrastructure, architecture, and landscaping perspective. Even at rush hour on a Friday, things moved smoothly with handy maps and lights showing available parking places. Felt like Disneyland. Sorry to say not many shopping centers are so well laid out. Just went in with my boyfriend to try on some shoes he was considering buying and I felt like the sales staff was not welcoming or friendly. They didn't approach us to ask if we needed any assistance or if we had any questions. After 10 mins in the store we asked for a size and they forgot to get us our shoes the first time and we waited another 10mins before asking again. 5 stars for the customer service 3 for the selection I barely shop at malls and Adidas is Adidas... pretty consistent with their sizes so I can easily order online. But, I get incredibly awesome coupons from Adidas that can't be redeemed online... so I head over to this store... I feel like their prices are now much better than 2 yrs ago. Now, I can find more items with low prices that are comparable to the their outlet stores. I don't think they have a good selection, at least for women and specially shoes. But, there are still plenty of good tracksuits and warm-ups. The store is pretty big and I wish they had more women stuff. I always received very good service here. Fitting rooms are locked, but I never had any problems, neither with getting help with the sizes and finding something at other stores when not available in this location. And here is the high light of their service: Las time I found a nice pair of sunglasses there--and it was my first time trying Adidas sunglasses, Eric helped me.... He was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful and I was a total pain in the butt, really indecisive and awkward with my endless questions. After trying so many pairs and requesting his permission to walk out of the store to check it under the sun and making him running to the back office to check different things several times, and even after he told me about their 30 day return policy, I left the sunglasses there and didn't buy it. (how rude, I know, lol) So, I walked out of the store and a minute later I saw him running to let me know about the special offer on the pair that I liked the most...Can you believe it? He said he just found out about the discount on this pair and, well, it was sooo inexpensive that I couldn't resist (~$100).... Just left the spectrum store... They had a 50 percent off sale on the "entire store" per their employees words. Long sleeve ladies tops were marked down from 40... But the orange sale sticker showing 19.99 was ripped half way off so you could see the "19" only... When we went to the register to pay, they charged us full price.... We asked about the sale on that item and the representative stated its not in sale... I pointed out the sale tag she said, "if you get another one that shows a sale price then I will honor it..." As requested, I got another one showing the same thing. She wouldn't honor the sale price. I asked to speak to the manager. Brandy, the manager, came and wouldn't honor the price. When I asked why she stated "because the red sale tag was scratched off and it is showing 40 dollar full price." Insulted by the managers demeanor, tone, and statement, u retorted "actually there are two in front of you that show the 19, and now they don't because you are scratching the sale tag off" The manager stated "I can't do anything for you but I've you ten percent off of the full price." I responded, "I don't understand you are scratching off be sale tag and making your claims on that...." The manager, in a hostile manner, took the shirt and stated "I won't sell it to you anymore" ... 2 minutes later she came back and said you can have it at the 10 percent off price only... This is probably the worst display of customer service I have ever seen from a retailer.... Don't give the shirt at a displayed price, that's fine, there are governmental organizations that will deal with that; however, for a MANAGER to act a certain way and belittle a customer for the manager and the employees mistakes... That's just absurd!!! I will never shop here again. I am truly disgusted at what I have just witnessed by the manager, Brandy, of the adidas store at the Irvine spectrum. I purchased a pair of Ultraboost 21 on Feb 9th, 2021 and I drove back to the store today Feb 28th, 2021 to exchange them because the inside of the right shoe is messed up and slipping and causing my foot to cramp when running. I stood in line for 25 mins and when I made it into the store the store manager told me I need to contact customer service hotline to exchange the shoes because I do not have the box but have the hard copy receipt with me. On the receipt it does NOT state anything about needing the box to make an exchange or return within 30 days. Was not told that at the time of purchase nor any signs in store that says if you need to exchange or return product in store need to have original box. The problem I have with this is that there is no point in purchasing in store with you guys when I can go next door to Nordstrom and get the same shoe for the same price and the return process is easier and faster than Adidas and it's not even their own brand. Can walk in with the shoes in hand used for a whole year with no receipt or box and no questions asked exchanged or returned. To top it off called the hotline and they told me to fill out a form online and ship the shoes back and they will ship me new ones and when I just now tried to do it the online form requires a confirmation number which there is none of the store receipt. and the website says - word for word below. "We are unable to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other thanwww.adidas.com. Please return the product to the original retailer. " HOW DO I RETURN IN-STORE PURCHASES? " Items purchased at a physical adidas store location can be returned for a refund at any store in the United States with your original receipt. Please refer to the return policy on the back of your receipt." So, I'm very confused and unsatisfied with the customer service process of Adidas. Needs some adjustments. read more

Overall pretty disappointed. My brother got me two pairs of shoes, I had the receipt for one but not for the other. One of the employees stated that she'll give back store credit for the pair without the receipt; with the amount listed in their store. When I tried to finish the transaction, the other employee ringing me up gave me a low outlet price for the pair without the receipt. I took my pairs and left. I understand it must their policy but the fact that they both had different approaches to my matter shows an inconsistentcy with customer service and management. Was highly disappointed by the lack of customer service. My mother stood next to the shoe rack for approximately 15 minutes without any of the employees approaching her for any assistance or request of assistance for any of the shoes. The time is currently 7:49pm we walked into the store at approximately 7:10pm, date of 31 August 2019. I don't know if it was due to my mother's lack of "upscale" dress attire or maybe her visible old age, REGARDLESS this is completely Unsatisfactory with the 4 employees on the floor to assist the customers. In addition to this I walked around the store stopping at multiple sections of the store again without anyone asking if I needed assistance. Let me start off with, I wear only Adidas running shoes. I first went to this store a few years ago and have shopped there about four times. It is conveniently located, clean, and pretty well stocked (they could have more shoes). The customer service was average on my previous visits to this store. I walk in and the music was blaring. I waited for minutes at the shoes without anyone asking to help me. When i finally asked for help with finding my shoe size, the clerk said she could not help me because all the other staff was already in the back. There were NO other customers in the store and there were at least 3 employees who by the way were snapping their fingers and clapping their hands to the blaring music when i first arrived. So i find a clerk myself who seemed to be hiding in the corner of the store to check on my shoes. The clerk went into the mysterious back and after taking way to long came back out to inform me they did not have my size. Overall a frustrating, unproductive, waste of time topped off with poor customer service. I will not be returning to this store nor would i recommend it. read more

Pretty much agree with many of the reviews BUYER BEWARE. The black manager that works there, forgot his name (I'm half black) is THE SHADIEST MANAGER i've ever encountered. Tried returning a track jacket I bought there last week for a smaller size (their medium fits pretty baggy for its size). I told them I wanted to exchange it for another size, and at first he was totally cool about it. But then they ran out of size small size, so I told him I wanted to return them instead...and than he starts giving BS EXCUSE about how he already processed it as an exchange and the computer is old so he is NOT ABLE TO OVERRIDE it as a return once it's been processed as an exchange, lol. I tried calling on his BS and told him to try and again while I look at him do it and HE FLAT OUT REFUSED, LOL. ended up going to another Adidas store and returned it with no hassle, DIDN'T REALIZE THIS STORE WAS ON OUR FRATERNITY'S BLACKLIST due to its shady business tactics and quite a few people in our fraternity has had numerous problems with this store in the past. Every time we come here to shop, everyone is incredibly nice!! Customer Service is perfect! The store is always clean, organized, & If they don't have your size, just ask! Many times they might have it in the back! Also, they held two pairs of shoes for me over night to pick up the next day no problem!! Definitely a returning customer until otherwise! I forgot his name since it's been a few weeks. At first he asked if I needed anything, not yet and at this time it wasn't busy in there. All of a sudden it got crazy busy in this store. So I found what I was lookin for and I needed a dressing room and he got me one . So I was digging everything I tried on. Last minute I wanted some shoes, I told him my size and it seemed like it took my whole life for him to come back BUT he really wanted to find my size and he found a pair that were slightly defected , that ain't goin to work. So I as he's ringing me up he notice the size of the jacket didn't match the hanger size. So sent the girl back there to look for it. He asked politely if I could move to the side and take care of someone else while she was looking. So they found the last one YAY. I like Adidas gear, and I wanted to like this store, but the seemingly lazy and indifferent staff make it more trouble than it's worth. I've tried to shop here twice, and both times I came away empty handed. On the first occasion, I stood around for a good five or ten minutes waiting for an employee to give me the time of day and a key to a dressing room. I figured they were short handed or something and decided to return another day. When the other day came, I had an even worse experience: After waiting another five or ten minutes to get the time of day from an employee, I asked him to see if the store had a shirt I wanted in XL. After waiting another five or ten minutes or so, he finally went back to check. After waiting still longer, he came out and told me, "the biggest size I have in that color is medium." That's the "D" or "F" answer, numb nuts. Next time, instead of giving me irrelevant information, try this: "I'm sorry, sir. We don't have that size in stock right now, but I'd be happy to order one for you and call you when it comes in." The final straw came when I walked to cash register to purchase another shirt they did have in my size. When I reached the register, instead of helping me, the clerk said to me, "I'll be with you in just a bit" or words to that effect and proceeded to attend to some other task that did not appear to need to be done at that moment. I told him to skip it and walked. Next time try this: Help the customer first, then deal with whatever unrelated task you have. At the end of the day, I bought from Zappos what I tried TWICE to buy at this store. I will not be back. read more

We had been searching for some items for Father's Day when an employee handed us a 30% off discount they were handing out to customers. When we had gone to the front check out to purchase our items, Jessica Mills store manager had completely denied us and had the most unaccommodating, improper tone with us. We had been in shock. She had a very aggressive tone constantly denying us;basically forcing us out the store, she did not want to give us any discount of any sort, even though That's what they were handing out. She had been one of the most controlling people I'd ever had a conversation with, we were left in disappointment and confusion thinking how could anyone hire a manager so disgustingly rude and unprofessional. They were 1 size too small for my boyfriend so we simply just wanted to exchange for 1 size bigger. Tell me why after scanning everything the cashier tells us we owe $17.xx. We are just exchanging for the exact same slides but different size! I pointed that out to her and she then corrected it and made it a straight exchange. I come all the way from San Diego to check out all the Adidas gear, especially the Colombia Soccer team items, which I have bought mostly in the old location, which was great! Now they moved to a smaller location with little selection on Colombia gear and even less customer service. I will be using the online store from now on.
