I like coming to this location. I always get pretty lucky and find great deals. Or they could be having deals all the time. This store is in the Carlsbad Premium Outlet. It's always busy with customers and with plenty of staff to help out if you have any questions. They are always helpful and friendly on the floor and at the registers. I mainly find good deals on the shoes, clothing is a little pricey, but I'm sure they have good deals. I still would come back for the shoes! read more

I asked a second younger gentleman to check a shoe size for me and he said he would and he would be right back. I sat down and waited 15 minutes! I see the buzz cut gentleman and ask him if he has seen the other guy and he goes oh he got pulled to the register. Like ok? Christmas gift shopping for shoes is such a chore, but Jose had stopped us while we were browsing around and noticed our poodle in our baby carrier sling and made good conversation, he was super fun to talk to and gave us a coupon 20$ if you spend more than $120, so it helped a lot. While they had a huge 50% sale going on and the co-habby and I had to wait in a line outside before heading in, I was thrilled to leave with some awesome deals. The guy that was manning the door like a bouncer was pretty entertaining: we asked how many people need to leave the store before we could enter. He said 4. A couple with two babies in a stroller came out and I quipped "can those two babies count as two grown adults?" He laughed and let us in. SCORE! I have to agree with the store being a mess but for deals like the ones I found, I ain't complaining! The line did wrap around the store so it took awhile to get checked out but the cashier that rung us up was super friendly and had a great attitude, despite the chaotic environment. Horrible Customer Service of Abby and her manager accusing me of lying when I drove out to make a return of shoes that I tried on in my own home and immediately put back in the box when they didn't fit. She knew what she was trying to do right off the bat. She said she had to talk to the manager and I didn't think much of it. She plead her case to her manager, pointing at the shoes and doing most the talking. He basically just nodded and she quickly walked back after she got her preferred answer. I was respectful when I walked in and respectfully tried to get a word in, but she was getting off on finessing her manager manager to deny me. She seemed to really enjoy denying my return and smirked when she said I could try to return them online, but trying to say they wouldn't take it either. In a bit of shock, I told her that that's what I'm going to do. She tried stuffing the shoe in the box, crumpling the box and wrapper. I had to stop her from ruining the components of the box because if they're going to be as difficult as she was, it didn't make sense to have her deface the box. It was embarrassing as the manager gave me a nasty side eye on the way out. It's bad for business and embarrassing for both parties. I was expecting quick and easy service and got something completely different. It's definitely embarrassing to be treated like that. read more

I've been looking to replace a pair of Adidas for some time now so I was very excited to hit up their outlet store. However, I was quickly disappointed. It felt like their shoe selection was severely lacking. I'm used to Nike outlets that seem just have a huge selection. Here, I think I spent about 5 minutes looking through everything they had then left. Maybe if their shoes had a really good discount I would've settled for what they had, but they didn't even have that going for them. Taking Covid seriously here. Love that they're counting how many go in and out, also after every customer they wipe/sanitize the register and let pad for you. Love how clean it was too. I have many pairs of the Adidas NMD they are my favorite shoes to run in I really wanted to pass down the tradition to my daughter who is now going to the gym with me and is about to play volleyball, I purchased a pair of NMD's online and they were too small when my daughter tried them on I drove over an hour to the Adidas store to exchange them not to return them And the manager refused to return them saying they were not in good condition the pair of shoes was brand new and my daughter couldn't even wear them on her feet they were too small they were never worn outside and they are in perfect condition as you can see in the photo below The manager sent us on our way to exchange them through FedEx and now my daughter will not have shoes for her volleyball tryouts this weekend. I am a manager myself for a bigger company than Adidas and I would never treat customers that way I am very angry and will never buy another pair again you guys need to do better read more

Everyone employee in the store was extremely helpful, I walked in frustrated leaving the Converse store after being discriminated against by an employee as my daughter and I are both bi-racial which I never say because I have never been treated so poorly. Needless to say I wanted to start my Christmas shopping and with the help of the employee at the Adidas store I am nearly done with the family Christmas shopping. I had planned on going into Adidas anyways because they are my favorite shoes for work, the ultraboost 20s are my favorite and I have even gotten my brother and daughter into these shoes and they don't wear anything else for their exercise needs. I needed a new pair of sneakers so I thought I would hit the outlets as I like to buy stuff on sale. This was my first time visiting this place. It was busy. Many items were 40% off! The employees working the floor were very friendly. I found a comfy pair of sneakers for $40 - score. I also treated myself to a sweatshirt. They could use more than one cashier as there was a longish line and he was not friendly at all. I'll be back to this store the next time I need this type of apparel. read more

My time at Adidas was abysmal to say the least, I have been a customer for years and live in Los Angeles, but purchased these here. After buying some sambas that really hurt my feet, I went in too exchange them because the size wasn't right. The manager Elsie was having a really bad day, the systems were down and she was acting extremely erratic. I asked her if I could make a size exchange, and she said that the shoes were too worn and that she could not resell them!? Does Adidas sell used shoes? Is that the quality standard they hold? We're these shoes used when I purchased them? Elsie was unprofessional, she didn't care for the customers and obviously higher up management needs to speak with her. HORRIABLE customer service. I called in because a huge fraudulent purchase was made on my accunt at this store. I physically have my card with me in my hand so it was obviously a card that was created from my numbers without a chip. I politely asked the associate if they have a policy to check id's and she swore up and down that each and every purchase used with a swipe or a chip is checked for ID and matching signature. And that the claim was impossible to have happened at her store. BULLSHIT! Obviously not! Came in here after my dismal experience at the BCBG store to buy some tennis skirts since its getting warmer out!! Found a couple of skirts to try on, was let into a room, locked myself out of said room. One of the associates saw I was locked out and let me back in, suggested some other things that were new in stock I might like. Went to check out and asked if there were any other sales or discounts I should know about and the guy said that if I bought a duffel bag I would get 25% off my whole purchase. Stumbled upon this place. It is an "outlet" store with some good sales but limited selection of items and sizes. If you want styles and colors that are finishing up to make room for new ones then you may find something here. But - and it's a big "but" - the service here is really bad. I saw at least five employees who were looking busy or just hanging out behind the counter. They were not offering to help customers or out on the floor so they can be approached. I asked one for assistance finding something and she just pointed vaguely across the store and said, "they are over there" and turned away That was the best of their customer service. I tried to go here a few months ago, but they were closed for remodeling. Went back last week to buy some new running shoes, and although the store looks nice, it's really full. Like, hard to walk around full. They have a lot of shoes, and some for really cheap prices! The ones I ended up buying were about $15 less than retail, but I loved them so I passed on some that were a better bargain. Their clothes selection is good, but I don't really think it's any better than if you just found something on sale. Nordstrom Rack and TJ Maxx usually have much better deals, just not the selection. I will be back, next time I need some shoes :) read more
