However when I met my friend in the store and talk to each other for the great deal. They not allowed us to buy 2 pair by ourselves because they saw we are Asians. When I think of outlet stores, I think of cheaper prices. This location had buy 1 get the 2nd one for 50% off. I wanted to get workout capri pants and their selection in capri pants were small and not much variety in design/patterns. I found only one I liked but I didn't bother to get a 2nd pair for 1/2 off. I exchanged a sports bra and fitness tee that my friend's mom (who lives in Indiana) bought me for Christmas just for that one capri pant. I had to pay the difference of $7 since the pants cost more than the two items combine. The only reason I added two stars instead of one is that the customer service rep that did my exchange was very nice and helpful. I said shop here if you're looking for a great deal on shoes. I visited this store this afternoon for returns. Crew were not friendly at all . Their attitude on my returns situation made me very uncomfortable!! Then comes the store manager, she is very very nice and welcoming. She was very patient and helped me get my returns done without any trouble. I was very happy. Thank you!!! This store is an absolute cluster! They should be ashamed of themselves. All places of business should be ADA accessible!!!!! I have a SMALL stroller and was able to make it inside 10 feet straight. The racks are all SOOO jammed packed that I couldn't even fit between them with an 18" wide stroller!!!! What about people in wheelchairs?!? This is a complete violation let alone a complete safety hazard. The manager should be talked to and their manager should get involved! The staff at this outlet store was so friendly and helpful! They explained all the various sale options available and even tried to ask us questions, such as, "Are you military?", to get us further discounts. Horrible Customer Service at this store. I bought two running shirts (one shirt / one tank top) on a 2 for $30 deal. The shirt did not fit I so went back to the store 3 weeks after I bought the shirt, well within the 30 days return exchange policy. I waited in line and said I wanted to exchange the shirt for a tank. They said no problem. So I grabbed the tank and brought back to the counter. The cashier then tells me I would have to pay $7 because they are no longer 2 for $30. I said I just to want return it then, Of course instead of $15 plus tax, I was given $13.33 plus tax. ($14.53). Once again she says it because the deal is no longer 2 for $30. So I let her know, I will never shop there again all over $1.79. I did not get the cashier's name but the number on the receipt is 466589 I called Corporate Adidas right after I left the store and the customer service person on the phone could not believe not the store would do this. He could not do anything for me but he is sending my information to a district manager. Once have I spoken with the district manager I will update the results but that will not change my rating on the poor customer service. read more

No one acknowledged us when we walked in, people everywhere in the store were trying on shoes and maybe one person was being assisted while other employees were standing around laughing. I went there December 2nd 2014 5:35 p.m. I walked all the way in and around the store for about 15 minutes not one employee out of about 6 EVER said hello or can I help you find anything. Which I was looking for something specific. I went to shoe area to look for my shoe size never a word from anyone still. I "vote with my dollar" I chose not to buy the item that I found there, i'll just buy it somewhere else and pay a little more money. I'm not going to give credit to store employees that do nothing. I was dressed nice and just came from work so I know it wasn't my clothing or my smell, etc. I was in retail my whole life so yes I'm particular but do your job and you'll be fine...im sure not all addidas stores are this way. It's just these specific employees have no clue so I would check out different shops. A word to management I would consider finding some new people to fill their shoes because think how much you're losing and it was a very rainy night and no one was even in the store. I visited this location on March 29, 2015 to browse through some of their items since they were having a buy one get one 50% off promotion on apparel. I didn't need any help from the sale associates since I could tell they were busy trying to tidy up the floor while helping out any customers who needed the assistance. I found a jacket and top that I was satisfied with and took my items to the register. It was at check out that I experienced unpleasant customer service. I'm not sure if he was the manager or lead but he made a comment that made me feel as if I was in the US illegally. I'm not one to make a total scene of a situation so at that moment I said forget it and walked away from making that purchase. I totally get that retail can be frustrating but I have never been in a situation where judgments were passed so quickly over nothing. read more

i definitely like adidas, and i generally like this overall outlet mall and the adidas store here... but if you think you're getting a great bargain here, truth be told you are not... not really. definitely have always seen some nice things here but when i check various stores online, it is cheaper by enough that i think that this outlet definitely doesn't have outlet prices. still- seeing what's new and cool is always fun and if you are a local, that gives you a good taste for that. if you're a tourist, certainly you don't have time to online shop and i think that is who this definitely more geared too. good stuff. and actually all the staff i've met has been pleasant and nice. but prices are not the bargains you think you'd find at an outlet. (an example being... they had a scarf for $25 with a 50% off buy a second scarf... so that would be $36 for two. but i bought the scarf online at $14 for 1!) this my thinking. ps - i would strongly suggest you know your size in adidas clothing before you come here. there are only two dressing rooms for the entire pace! yup uno, dos... yet, yi.... une, deux... only two! read more

Not the biggest or best outlet, I think Cabazon's Adidas takes the cake there. I need some basketball shoes and they only had about 5 pairs to choose from in my size - where I remember Camarillo and Cabazon being way bigger and wider stuff to choose from. I shopped here on Christmas time, it was horrible service and shopping experience for me. The jacket I purchased it was 40% off but they charged me more and they left the alarm on it such a shame if I brought it some other store to remove they would think that I stole it, if I wear like that it's obviously stolen. Overall I just had a completely horrible experience at this store. When I first walked in everything seemed to be fine except they didn't have any colorways that I wanted to buy so I decided just to buy a new pair of running pants. However the store was in total disarray as they didn't tell us where the line was and it was constantly being moved the whole time which cost us an extra few minutes. The worst part is they forgot to take off the anti theft sensor on my pants and I ended up having to go to another adidas store to get it removed. Never coming back here again after this. read more

I'd been to the Carlsbad Adidas store before and it was not a very pleasant experience with the customer service. I had a chance to drop again and felt a significant change while shopping for shoes. The associates are knowledgable, efficient while looking for my suitable and have a much friendlier attitude towards customers. Even Cesar, the manager, himself was on the floor proactively helping customers with their questions while managing effectively over the radio with his team. Nice teamwork! Love them! I don't really know if we could have a zero rating. I really had a very bad experience with this store (specially adidas). I have gone to this store for gym shorts and bought one, I think the price is little cheaper when compared to other malls. I had an issue with the shorts and called these people, to return the shorts and get one more. They gave me a number to contact, that handles the damaged goods & after this conversation I was expecting a box (that is what a lady was telling me) to return the shorts. They did tell me that needed sometime to inspect the shorts. But it had already been 15-16 days, and I didnot get any box to mail them the shorts itself. I bought a shirt that was on sale. When I went back home, I realized that they charged more than the sales price. I called them right before they are closing. Fist, while I was questioning about the price, she picked up another phone call and made me to wait for ever, so I hang up. Second time when I called, another person picked up, but he said, " You can come to any Adidas store and ask, but my manager is calling me, so you can go on line and find the locations" and he hung up on me. I've been coming to this Carlsbad location for 2 years now. They have great deals but this location has horrible service. Since day one. Employees think they're on top of the world because they work for adidas. Cry me a river. So this pretty much topped it off this time for me to even write a review. I called the store and asked if they had my size in a certain shoe and color (Ace15.3 indoor in orange and black). The girl who answered the phone said let me check for you. 5min later she answered again and said "what shoe and color?". OMG, I just wanted to shoot myself that moment. I kept my temper and repeated it one more time. 5more min later. She says "we only have medium." WTF. So I decided to take a moment to pray for her. I told her are you even paying attention to what I'm telling you. I'm talking about shoes not clothing. So she passes the phone to someone else and says what was your question so I repeated it for the third time as nicely as possible 2min later and they hang up......I was in shock. So decided to just go and look for myself putting the rude service to the side. I walked in everybody looks at you and won't acknowledge you. So I went to look for them. Good thing they did have them. Lucky for me they even had buy 2 get one free. So decided to get 2 jerseys and take advantage and get 3 shorts. I need to use a fitting room and they were locked and no one is around to give you a hand to open them for you. This wasn't unusual since I know you have to chase them around to open them for you since I pretty much know how they work. Everything fit perfect and was satisfied. Here is where I lost my temper. As I was paying their was 4 employees just chilling talking behind the cashier on what they were going to this weekend. Their was a Hispanic family looking for someone to help them. So I told them aren't you guys going to help them out they're obviously looking around because they need help. Look at the kid, he needs help with the fitting room. They all rushed to assist them as soon as I said something. I told the cashier if that was common for them to just to stand around talking. She said "yes, and the manager won't do anything" I left even more shocked to what she said. I'm not going to say her name to put her on blast. So I payed for my stuff and won't be coming to this location til their staff values their customers. I work at a bank and certainly don't treat my customers like that.
