Love it love it love it here! Food is wonderful, I've always enjoyed going here for brunch and getting the half savory half sweet crepe combo with their chai. It's the only place I order tea from consistently. The aesthetic of the building is clean and peaceful. Well put together and well decorated. The staff has always been friendly and so down to earth. I also appreciate the composting/recycling/trash option and how their signs explain what goes where. There's also seating outside. One light breezy day, I sat outside with my usual crepes, my husband and his waffle, and my kitten with some banana slices and whipped cream. We are visiting Chattanooga for a day trip from Florida. I had found this spot on a whim and I'm so happy I did. The service was impeccable and everyone was super friendly. The food was incredible. The breakfast potatoes were my favorite part, but the whole thing was delicious. A charm in town! I love the vibes, the people, and the food. I come for the crepes and they meet disappoint. I usually get the Royale - which is Nutella and strawberries. I love their mimosas. The lady serving recommended a mimosa with strawberry lemonade and it was awesome. This place can sometimes be packed, and crepes take time to make, so be patient. :) I always end up inviting people to my table to share space and conversation, because I hate seeing people wait and the seating is unique here. Not sure what I was expecting. But after reading reviews I was thinking good food cozy atmosphere. Food was wonderful. You order at the counter, grab a number, and they bring it to you and let you enjoy! And that's what we did. Enjoy the open space, not crammed up against another table. I felt free. We ordered the Parisienne chicken and the fire in the hole. The fire in the hole was more tangy and a little spice, we loved it. The Parisienne was milder and creamier.We will be back. Tried this crepe place for brunch on our way out of town and the food was amazing. I ordered a build your own crepe with bacon, roasted tomatoes and spinach with the Adele's sauce (Dijon herb vinaigrette) and a side salad. The Adele's sauce was incredible. My husband had the Royal which he loved but I didn't even taste because it looked way too sweet for me. Couple of mimosas and we sat outside which was lovely. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star from me was the efficiency of the ordering process (or lack there of). They had the girl at the register taking orders and mixing drinks (bloody Mary's, mimosas whatever) which really slowed things down. She was super sweet but seemed like a lot to put in that position. Y'all. This place was gross. We got a breakfast bowl and a sweet crepe to split and let me just say....shook. Everything in the breakfast bowl was literally BURNT! Like the bacon was straight ash, the egg was dark dark brown on the bottom and the potatoes had been so charred that you couldn't even make out what spice they used on them. The crepe itself was overcooked and had a rubber texture but the Nutella filling was nice and they used a generous amount (about the only nice thing). In between choking down my overly priced and burnt breakfast I was vigorously swatting away at the NUMEROUS flies!! The whole thing was just gross. I'm so dissatisfied. Such a cute place! We took our daughter here for her fifth birthday for brunch. She loves crepes! She got the Very Berry crepe and was thrilled with it. I got the crowd pleaser and it was delicious! Our family also got the Fire in the Hole crepe, Better with Bacon crepe, and the Triple Berry Waffle. Everything was well liked. I didn't hear a single complaint from my children or my husband. They bring out the food and drinks as they're made so not everyone is served at the same time but are served back to back. The owner personally came to the table to wish our daughter a happy birthday and thank us for coming in. There was a live singer when we were there. She was good too. 28th December 2021. We waited 50 minutes for our order. They burnt the waffles and had to re do them. Atleast give it complimentary for your unprofessionalism. They are making 15 year old kids make mimosas and food. I over heard the kids saying they don't even know how to do it and need training but there is no one to train them. My waffles were drenched in highly diluted maple syrup. I came here thinking it's a highly rated cafe. It's trash. I saw a lot of people upset with the service while I was waiting. Wow! The Roma was an excellent savory crepe breakfast! And made by Ela Marie, who is Polish and moved here from Germany not too long ago. She definitely makes a legit killer crepe! The Royale, Belgian Waffle, and Eggs Benedict were also good, but MAN I LOVED the Roma!! Quick friendly service. Not currently too crowded, but I have a feeling that will change as Adelle's becomes more well-known. The service was incredibly slow & the inside of the building was smoky. It was super disappointing after our first experience here. First thing I must say, this business has a free parking lot! It is gravel, but if you can handle that and are mobility impaired and can't park faraway and walk, this is perfect and comfortable! It is a counter service style restaurant, so if a long wait for a table is not convenient, this is perfect! We came for breakfast! I had a sweet crepe and my husband had a savory and both were wonderful. I particularly loved the Dirty Chai, it had such a wonderful flavor, I know I will be disappointed when I order one elsewhere! The shop itself is quite cool with a very bohemian vibe. We met one of the owners and he was quite nice and spoke to us for a bit! Lastly, I saw someone with a well behaved dog under their table, but there was also patio seating, so I think it is a very good place for dog friendliness! The atmosphere was super cool and service was extremely quick. However, the actual crepe is ok. Mine was undercooked and had little to no filling. I opened up my crepe because I wasn't a fan of the sauce I chose, and found that there was about one bite of food that i could eat. When we were on our honeymoon, they had a crepe shop, so when Adelle's opened, we knew we had to stop! They have a deal where you can split a crepe and have a sweet and savory one. The savory one I got was ham, egg and havarti cheese with hollandaise sauce and the sweet was the straight up Nutella. I also ordered the fresh fruit. It was delicious! This is a really great place! My friend and I chose it for breakfast simply based on the fact that they have crepes, and crepes are hard to come by around here. I was so impressed! They have a beautiful, hip space in the south side of Chattanooga, which includes a parking lot, so there's no hassle of finding street parking. The food was delicious! I've been thinking about those crepes ever since I left yesterday! We both had the "Best of Both" option, which allows you to try a savory and a sweet crepe at half size, and it was more than enough food. We both tried the Better than Bacon for our savory option, and it was sooo good. For our sweet options I had The Royale (strawberries and Nutella) and she had London's Calling (lemon juice and powdered sugar). It will be hard to go back and not get the exact same thing, but I am dying to try all of the other options! I have no complaints about this place and give it five big stars! read more

This place is great. The staff was super attentive and pleasant. We had to sit outside because of the COVID restrictions but the inside looked pretty cool with high ceilings. Crepes were really good. I really enjoyed Adelle's! We had the Miss American Pie crepe and a make your own crepe with strawberries, chocolate chips, and maple syrup. They were both pretty good, especially the former. I wasn't blown away, but they were sweet with a good texture, and very large. I don't know what kind of coffee they use, but it was delicious. I ended up drinking several cups. The customer service was satisfactory--no issues there, but nothing really stood out to comment on. I made my own savory crepe, it had turkey, Havarti, spinach, mushrooms with Adelle's sauce (Dijon mustard sauce) drizzled on top. For the sweet, I got the lemon crepe, I think it was the London. They were both delicious!! Our entire party all got different items and all agreed it was delicious. The only negative was that it took a very long time for our food to come out.
