It's a quaint, quiet little shop that invites you to sit, linger, and enjoy the atmosphere. When I walked in, I was immediately excited to see they carried Dubai Strawberries (my absolute favorite!). While I didn't grab them this time, I'll definitely be back for them. I opted for the Pistachio Cream Croissant, which was calling my name the second I walked through the door. It took a little bit of time to arrive, but it was absolutely worth the wait. I suspect they might have even baked it to order! It was the perfect sweet treat without being overly sugary, which is a massive plus in my book. The pistachio flavor was spot on. It was incredibly rich, nuanced, and tasted completely authentic. I paired it with the Hibiscus Tea, which was, quite literally, something made of dreams. Again, it had that perfect balance. It has just enough sweetness to elevate the drink without overpowering it. You can really taste the true, floral notes of the hibiscus. Beyond the stellar food, the vibe is just right. We saw several other groups come in and settle into the space to enjoy their treats, making it a great place to catch up with friends. I'm already planning my next trip back, and mark my words. That kind of guidance matters when the menu feels like it has a hundred choices. Ordering Experience The kiosk is super helpful because you can search by keyword, which makes a huge menu much less overwhelming. If you have specific cravings like ube, taro, or passion fruit, this makes ordering faster and easier. Ambience and Seating The ambience was very cozy and nice. They had Christmas trees and seasonal decorations that made the space feel festive and cool. There was enough seating to hang out comfortably, and there was even a small claw machine that kids were playing with, which added a playful touch. What I ordered I ordered a passion fruit drink (I wanted something lighter after a heavy beef buffet meal). I also left a custom note asking for the least amount of sugar and extra sourness. Taste and Sweetness They did try to accommodate. They added extra lemon, and I could taste it, but the drink still came out pretty sweet for my preference. If you're also not into sweet drinks, you may want to plan to dilute with more ice or water, or be very explicit about your sweetness level. What I'd do differently next time Next time, I'll probably stick to ube or taro based drinks since I can usually adjust sweetness more reliably with those flavors. I want to try more of their ube and taro options before I judge the menu too hard overall. Final note Nothing has beaten my own homemade ube smoothie yet, but BEP is still worth a visit for the service alone, especially if you like exploring lots of drink options.

I've enjoyed their coffee and hospitality for several years, but only recently visited their brick-and-mortar location off State Bridge Road in Johns Creek. The shop is tucked away in a hidden retail center that could certainly use some redevelopment someday, but that's a story for another time. Cloudland Coffee is truly a standout business in the center and well worth seeking out. Over the past few months, I've stopped in regularly for a cup of coffee and to purchase freshly roasted beans. My favorite so far has been their Honduras Dark Roast, which offers a smooth, rich flavor profile and is roasted to perfection. I was also pleased to learn that Cloudland is a locally owned business--something I always enjoy supporting, especially when the product and service are exceptional. Do yourself a favor and visit Cloudland Coffee at the Alpharetta Farmers Market or stop by their Johns Creek location. You can really appreciate their commitment to using quality ingredients and baking everything from scratch. Their pastries paired perfectly with a cup of coffee, making for a relaxing afternoon treat. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick despite the steady flow of customers. Sometimes big isn't always better...don't you dare...this is a family friendly website. The only other one I've been to is the one in Suwanee or Duluth...I can't remember. I go there whenever I go to my hairdresser. They don't have as much baked good as the other locations but there is a Hmart down a few walks down so maybe they have an agreement that they won't sell as much baked goods...I don't know I'm just making it up as I go. The boba tea is pretty bad. But to be fair no body but me comes here for boba tea. They do use whole milk and there is not option for other stuff like lactose free. Their basic coffee which is Americano is pretty good. It's mild, light and not too bitter. It's typical Asian coffee where it's more tea like than bitter. The baked good are good and always fresh. It's a korean bakery so if you don't like Korean style baked good...well the witch that lives in a candy house has a free gift in her oven for you.
