Our guests' needs were pretty complex (multiple allergies, vegetarians, children, etc), and they handled it kindly and seamlessly. The servers were great (Jessica and Tim, I think?) and Charlie, the catering manager, was absolutely a delight! We had a small problem that Charlie rectified before anyone was even aware it was an issue. Kim, who helped us set up our menu in the first place, was also great. She let us do two different tastings with her to finalize a menu that would accommodate our guests, answered all of my emails promptly, and made one of the most important parts of any wedding feel like a breeze. How do you keep double booking rooms? When you print signs, materials and arrange a room for a certain purpose then are asked to be change rooms because they double booked it! For our 2 day event we ended up moving and arranging a lot of tables and chairs ourselves because it got to the point where we couldn't trust the staff to do much. You would ask for something and they would promise to get it done, then the next day wouldn't be done.
