Patrick and Alex spent 7 hours without break deep cleaning every inch of my home, including shelving, cabinets, vents, electric outlets, walls, ceilings, baseboards, and those cleaned-once-in-a-lifetime nooks and crannies. It was the kind of superb detailing work that truly takes 2 professionals the whole day, and I could have never done it on my own in even a week because I would just give up. My bedroom floors are now severely scratched and I am the idiot who did not get a COI before allowing them to enter my home. Why they even decided to move the bed around I do not know. I spent weeks trying to schedule a cleaning with this company. Everything proceeded normally until I disclosed a fragrance-related accommodation need and offered to provide all cleaning products myself. After that, the job was repeatedly described as a "special need cleaning," concerns were raised about whether the cleaners would accept it, and I was told I might be better served by another company. I was asked to confirm the appointment by providing my address and cleaning information, which I did. Later, after the cleaner agreed to take the job, the appointment was given away because I did not respond quickly enough to an additional confirmation request that I had never been told to expect. When I objected to the way the situation had been handled, I was told that the company would not be cleaning my apartment. What concerns me is that the entire interaction changed after I disclosed a disability-related accommodation need. Before that disclosure, I was treated like any other customer. After that disclosure, additional barriers appeared, the job became a problem, and the service was ultimately denied. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone who may need accommodations, nor to anyone who believes that people with physical differences should be treated with the same respect and access to services as everyone else.
