Breeze cleaned the carpets in my home in preparation for us renting it out…read more We lived in the house for nearly 8 years with 3 pets, occasional visits from 3 nephews, and a family member with an industrial blue collar job that required outdoor work. Needless to say, the carpets were in rough shape with a few very noticeable stains. Breeze did a great job restoring them to cleanliness, and they even managed to get out stains that were under the couch (and therefore set in for years!).

What they cleaned, they didn't do a bad job. But they were spotty at best. They left several…read moreitems (windows, countertops, baseboards, etc) uncleaned. The worst part is, I called Rob (the owner) and he wouldn't give a fair credit...even after I showed him pictures. I was showing the condo so I cleaned up the areas that weren't cleaned. All he had to do was give a fair credit (whatever he thought was appropriate) and he wouldn't do it. I would highly recommend not using their services.

The second day was horrendous. - I had called in a request a week earlier for them to clean inside the oven. They refused saying that the main office had not told them about the request. - We requested them to use the grout cleaner and they sprayed it on the floor but didn't bother to wait the few minutes or scrub afterwards -- simply wiped with water. - We requested them to sweep the rug below the kitchen table but they said they did it already -- there were still crumbs under the table. The living room wood surfaces were left dusty. - The master bathroom did not seem to have been cleaned fully -- the shower fixtures seemed to be untouched -- I had to clean the surface of the drawers in the bathroom because there were smudges on the surface -- the bathroom didn't even smell of cleaning agents like last time - they damaged the furniture in one of the bedrooms -- scraping off polish and paint - the 1st floor bathroom had streaks of liquid soap on the marble surface -- just as I had seen it in the morning before I left for work. We are very disappointed that this didn't work out but would like to cancel all future services
