I waited at home because I didn't have pants for work, but the delivery only just arrived. (10am) Now, as I go through my clothes, I've found items that don't belong to me mixed in with my laundry, and the blue Pottery Barn pillowcases I had dry cleaned have turned grey. While they offered a credit for the laundry service (not dry-cleaning), which I appreciate, it's not enough to make me return or recommend them.

When I went back to complain, the lady had the nerve to call me a liar and say they were there when I brought it in and tell me it was from it being old. It is 1 year old and a very delicate material, and obviously got caught on something while they were cleaning it and tore. Her only solution was to charge me $15 to put a patch on it. I am disgusted with this customer service- telling a customer they are a liar and then charging them to fix the problem they created? Ridiculous. Absolutely not worth it, find another cleaners.
